I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel provided exceptional service and offered a delightful culinary experience that left a lasting impression on me.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff Xiao Hu who ensured a smooth check-in process. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest.
One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding food offered at the hotel's restaurant. The menu boasted a diverse range of delectable dishes, each prepared with great attention to detail. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a culinary delight. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was visually appealing. The restaurant staff provided excellent recommendations and displayed a deep knowledge of the menu, further enhancing the overall dining experience.

第一次帶6歲女兒出門，從平壩看完櫻花後開到車程一小時左右的青巖古鎮。因為帶娃出門行程不能太匆忙，打算住在古鎮裏休閑遊。對比了好幾家酒店，要麼離古鎮有些距離，要麼酒店不能達到我的預期，最後選了文凡花間堂，果然沒讓我失望！
文凡花間堂位於青巖古鎮裏面，環境優美，鬧中取靜。古鎮裏逛累了就可以返回酒店休息，憑門卡可以北門自由進出古城。並且，酒店裡環境十分優美典雅，適合拍照取景。
入住當天前台見我一人帶娃，給我升級了帶浴缸的房間，女兒特別喜歡。酒店服務員各個都很熱情，入住退房都幫我拉行李送上車，贊👍🏻。酒店早餐得另外付費購買，但是吃早餐的餐廳環境真的很好，早餐出品也不錯，帶娃的建議可以購買。
酒店門口有個拉鈴，外出回酒店了需要外面拉響，裏面服務員就會過來開門，女兒每次出門都特別期待回酒店可以拉響鈴鐺🤣。酒店每天都有很多親子活動，入住前台會告訴如何參加。
特別推薦親子游的選擇文凡花間堂，絕對不會失望。

預訂之後管家會第一時間打電話聯繫，加上 微信發送地址，按照地址導航直接到酒店地 下停車場是比較方便的。中式建築非常古樸， 歡迎飲品是玫瑰水和酒店自製的小曲奇餅 幹，小胡和劉洋提供了很多幫助，非常熱情的 安排好了所有的活動,三天兩晚的時間，我們 體驗了焚香茗茶，喂小豬，打餈粑，游泳，K 歌，手工製作年曆，曲奇製作，夜遊古鎮等等 許許多多的活動,超過期待！而且餐食也製作 精美，味道和食材都很棒！我們用了兩次下午 茶，兩頓早餐和一頓晚餐套餐，吃不完,根本 吃不完！早餐裏牛肉粉超讚△房間升級了， 很大很舒適，有筆墨紙硯，總之開始粉花間 ！

第二次來青巖古鎮了，這次終於青巖古鎮內的青巖文凡花間堂·狀元別院。地理位置好優越，就在青巖古鎮內，出門即可達古鎮。兩天的入住早餐和晚餐自助餐非常豐富，整體非常舒服滿意入住。

酒店位置環境沒的説，但酒店的配套和設施卻配不上花間堂品牌，泳池在整修也沒有告之，spa服務也沒有，本來想定花間堂就是沖這二個服務來的，結果一個都沒享受到，衞生間淋浴房玻璃門關不上，水都漏到衞生間地面，差一點摔跤，淋浴房裡沒有防滑墊也很容易摔跤，房間棉被是冬季的，雖然給我換了薄的被子但夜晚還是熱醒，因為酒店這個季節還沒使用空調，但酒店的服務態度還是很好的，一叫就馬上來解決，畢竟是品牌酒店，希望酒店能及時改進設備設施上問題，下次來還是想住這裏
