Most pathetic stay and awful rooms with zero maintenance. On checkin I found that the AC was not cooling properly. I alerted the ***ager, who said there is nothing wrong. On my insisting, they finally called an AC repair guy. Because by that time the AC had completely stopped working. Repair guy temporarily fixed the AC . The AC stopped again in the middle on the night leaving me no option but to continue the stay. Basically the owner is knowingly using a dysfunctional AC while misleading claims of an AC room. So on my 1st day i wasted 6 hours to see the AC being repaired, what should've been ensured before checkin. The owner is an unprofessional person who takes no responsibility of his own property. Worse, the owner will not respond at all to your call for help. These unprofessional pricks even charged me for 1 night after coercing me to stay in a non-AC room in the sweltering heat of Delhi NCR. I left next day as soon as I could cutting short my stay in this dumpster of a house. When i raised the issue with Travel website, they asked the owner for refund, who denied any refund. Thankfully, the travel website was courteous enough to make up for this shameful behavior by the owner and refunded on their own. These could be no co****sation for the torture i faced while staying there. Also, they have broken furniture, soiled rooms (dust all around), broken commode, Dirty floor, seepage on ceilings, even dangling wires. A complete dumpster horror show. Photos are attached.
