HHappyMableRoom overall is good and spacious. Value for money. However the door lock for my bathroom is broken and can’t be locked during bathing leaving the gap. Even though I inform the reception but no one take action for the 2nd day.
In the wash tub, a hand towel , hand detergent or soup and rubbish bin should be provided.
The gymnasium is good with excellent view and if can offer 24 hours and it will be a credit to guest.
One unsatisfactory thing was that I have left something memorable to me but hotel is not flexible to send back even I requested and agreed to pay the courier charge as I have left Ipoh.

totally new place.. but not too difficult to find
From check in to parking, please straight proceed to parking then access back door for Check in.
Booked two rooms with 1 bathroom.
Toilet and shower are separated.
The small rooms really quite small and can be stuffy. Beds are rather single bed, not super single.
Another main room still oki with queen size. But window facing garden. soundproof kinda bad. Big room facing garden - children runnning and screaming, small room near lift can hear the lift 🛗 sound. While toilet flushing and door can be disturbing for light sleeper.
Disappointed with the ants (last two pics) come on way to the toilet bowl.
Downside - no bedroom shoes
The property rather new and near by has famous insta worth cafe :)

The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. The building felt safe and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also a big plus, with convenient access to food options, shopping areas, and popular attractions around Ipoh.
Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Ipoh ICC Premium Suites to travellers visiting Ipoh and would happily stay here again in the future.

SSHAHRUL ISHAI stayed at Manhattan Condo for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenware, and a washing machine, which made the stay convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly.
The location is strategic—just a short drive to Ipoh town, eateries, and attractions like Lost World of Tambun. The gym and swimming pool in the condo were kept up nicely, and the security system seemed dependable.
For families or small groups seeking a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Ipoh, it's an excellent option overall. I would most certainly think about returning!

The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The food was good and satisfying. GGuest UserDuring check in have taken some times before I got the key to go to my room as the room was not ready at exactly 1500 as supposed too. This have given a first bad impression and annoyed as i had to wait till i get confirmation for the key card is ready to be self collect from the mail box.
The room impression is good and condition is clean enough which i did not notice any thing bad except that the curtain was one sided not properly position which indicate housekeeping did not take care to see the small detail well.
During night I also notice small cockroach moving at bathroom sink which i have positioned my tooth brush and face cleaner. This indicate insect is living in the house.
Other than that the aircond and the fan was working well the night was feeling quite cold so it does provide comfortable condition to sleep.
The check out was easy as just need to leave the key card at the same mail box.

GGuest UserThe stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business.
