GGuest UserBooked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new.
Positives:
+ Location - close to town and very convenient
+ It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed.
+ Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly.
+ Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water.
+ Branded appliances.
Negatives:
- Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg.
- Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft.
- While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided.
- Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced.
- While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle.
- Water pressure is not great.
Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

I was quite surprise that the hotel with 4 stars provides lousy tooth brush which can hurt our gums with it.
At least please provides tooth brush that a bit soft with the standard.
Do note that please put reception number on the phone so that we can call the reception to provide drinking bottles.
Hotel breakfast overall is good.

TTobeThe hotel facilities are brand new and security is excellent. There's a bean sprout chicken restaurant right next door that I highly recommend! The owner speaks Cantonese and a little Mandarin. Be sure to order the bean sprout chicken and the meatball soup.

SSANTHANALETCHUMY MANIAMI love to stay in this property as the priority host was prompt in replies, maintained cleanliness of the property. The check in and check out process was easier. Ample of parking. Indoor swimming pool was amazing. I highly recommend this unit to everyone. I will rebook this unit as well.

AAdibah SallehVery satisfied. The room was spacious. Great value for money, especially with breakfast included. The room had complete amenities. The hotel is close to a supermarket and eateries. It's easy to get around. There's covered parking. The only minor issue was a sewer smell in the toilet when we first entered the room, before we even used it. After a while, the smell faded. Overall, good.

GGuest UserStayed at Hotel 1969 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were polite and kind throughout our stay, especially the concierge, who also acted as our airport transfer driver. Although I did not get his name, he was very responsible and ensured we arrived at the airport on time.
We also enjoyed a nice breakfast before heading off, which was perfect and satisfying. The hotel location is very convenient, with many coffeeshops nearby.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return again.

The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The food was good and satisfying. GGuest UserI ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

GGuest UserThe stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business.
