This hotel is incredibly comfortable and conveniently located, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and various stores. Even at night, the area around the hotel is lively and feels safe. The room is spacious and very clean, with all the bathroom amenities fully provided — you barely need to bring anything yourself. The front desk staff are lovely and kind. Although they don’t speak English, they used a translation app to communicate and provided genuinely warm service.

We were here for vacation and very amazed with the friendly staff and good services. They were swift to respond to our needs for stuff replacement in the room and information on surrounding shopping and attractions. Special call out to Qiu Lin for her great assistance. Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Overall, this hotel gave me a very satisfactory stay experience, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I strongly recommend everyone to choose this Home Inn! The quality of this hotel is unbelievable! It can be seen at a glance, and the office elevator and the elevator should have clear signs, which one is the hotel elevator and which one is the office elevator? It is also very uncomfortable to avoid customers walking the wrong way. Overall, it is good. Clean and comfortable, drip coffee is good. The hotel is also relatively new and smart.

It is located right in the historical center of Haikou, but at night the hotel is quiet and sleeps well. There are good restaurants nearby. Located on a pedestrian street, the taxi stops to the side closer to the street near the Haikou Tower. —- Красивейший отель, очень приятный персонал. Завтраки очень сытные и вкусные. В номере есть все необходимое. Находится прямо в историческом центре Хайкоу, но ночью в отеле тихо и отлично спится. Рядом есть хорошие рестораны. Находится на пешеходной улице, такси останавливается в стороне ближе к башне Хайкоу.

酒店在一個商場樓上，剛開始以為臟亂差，但一上5樓打開電梯，煥然一新的裝修風格讓你覺得這一層是世外桃源，整體也蠻安靜，裝修風格也是ins風。每個房子有小庭院，私隱性高，以上是不錯的 吐槽3點: 1. 洗手間和浴室共享一扇門……這是哪個天才設計的。意味着洗澡和上廁所，同一時間衹能選其一……並且浴室沒有任何漏槽，洗完澡以後房子滿地都是濕的 2.電動窗簾和牆壁之間還有一段距離，如果對光線敏感的人士，那就不太適合了 3. 沒有衣櫃…衹有一個5格掛鈎，所以大部分衣服衹能繼續放行李箱，也是無力吐槽

The staff were very kind, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. They picked us up at 2 AM for free and let me stay until 2 PM. The only issue was that they don’t speak English, but their kindness made up for it.
