Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Overall, this hotel gave me a very satisfactory stay experience, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I strongly recommend everyone to choose this Home Inn! Well, a small suggestion, I hope the elevator sign should be clearer. It can be seen at a glance, and the office elevator and the elevator should have clear signs, which one is the hotel elevator and which one is the office elevator? It is also very uncomfortable to avoid customers walking the wrong way. Overall, it is good. Clean and comfortable, drip coffee is good. The hotel is also relatively new and smart.

Lying down is like sinking into the clouds, and the fatigue of the journey dissipates instantly; the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, hot water comes quickly, and the fragrance of toiletries is also very fresh. Pull open the curtains, the view outside is wide, and it is particularly pleasant to watch the sunset in the evening. The breakfast on the second day is particularly rich, with both Chinese and Western styles, as well as Hainan-style snacks. The taste is very authentic and the ingredients are fresh. After eating, the whole person is full of energy. When checking out, the staff also took the initiative to ask about the stay experience, which is very considerate. I chose this hotel by accident when I was transiting in Haikou. I was very satisfied with the hotel's service and breakfast. Especially the buffet breakfast, which was beyond my expectation. I could eat the local specialty snack cold Hainan noodles, and a cup of freshly ground coffee, which was both delicious and refreshing.

Neat and funky, modern with some techy stuff. Bed was very comfortable, pillow was less ideal but suffices. Big room and spacious rest area which I like. The sound proofing was pretty decent so you don't hear the train passing by or the traffic noise, that is until your neighbour speaks loudly (thankfully not for long) or if someones slams the door hard (esp if you are sleeping). Great black out curtains which open on its own when you remove the key from its space and closes when you're stick it in (think it depends on how you set it before you leave the room). Bathroom was also splendid. As was the nespresso coffee- great for waking me up. A very comfortable place of rest until the final night- we were told that the sensor malfunctioned, waking us up in the middle of the night- curtains opening on its own, air-conditioning suddenly switching off (no we didn't change any settings for that to happen), lights turning on all of a sudden. All good otherwise.
