It was very convenient for checking in. The location was great for me. Two minutes to the bus station, direct bus to everywhere and airport. Lots of restaurants near by. Facilities look old, but clean and has all necessary amenities, AC, TV, water boiler, small table and chair, slippers, hair dryer, etc. The bed is comfortable.

給4分是因為確實和一些酒店房間比起來差點意思，但是對於民宿來説，確實還可以，房間也挺大的，就是網絡這一塊有些斷斷續續的，需要改進，周邊這一塊在海甸島，海大這邊，離小吃商業街都近，周圍也有汽車的充電樁（快充慢充都有，需要步行幾百米，慢充的周邊有3個距離都是500M左右，不遠），房間是機械式鎖釦，不是房卡，用鑰匙的，但其實這個也沒什麼，窗户蠻大的，室內環境3星吧，畢竟類似於自建房的樣子，室內總是會有潮濕和脱落現象，總之可以推薦，沒有想象中的那麼差，但是對於住宿條件有要求的人，還是推薦酒店吧。
