房間有點小、裝修比較舊，透過窗户能看到遠處的大海，但步行有一點距離，幸好海口有共享單車，騎車到附近的公園不算太遠。

乾淨衞生，空調製冷效果好，前台服務小妹態度好，網上預訂了一天，後來又在前台續訂三天，實際住了兩天，與前台小妹溝通協商，退了一天房費，還加了微信！感謝前台小妹！感謝椰林聽海，酒店名字起得好，服務態度也是十分滿意！感謝大家，生意興隆！財源廣進！好人一生平安！椰林聽海酒店在海口市公安局出入境管理局大門對面

中國人不騙中國人，酒店有蟑螂！！南方的蟑螂真的讓人想死！！
酒店位置很好找，但是衞生就是讓人覺得不乾淨，浴室非常陰暗潮濕，當即就有很不好的預感，果然到了晚上十一二點，一衹蟑螂跑出來……我正在上廁所……誰懂啊！樓下的前台表示沒有房間可以換，也不可以退款。最後她上來幫我捏死了那個蟑螂（謝謝），但是誰知道還會不會有第二衹？？我當即大半夜退房了。酒店整體態度就是：道歉也沒有。
再也不會住，我真的會謝。

很棒 衞生很好，房間很温馨 環境優美，訂的是樓下的房間 ，升級到樓上晚上看夜景真的很美 下午的時候去雲洞圖書館看晚霞，晚上回來看夜景，美不勝收😘 離海邊 萬綠園也很近 強烈推薦哦

房間面對大海，乾淨整潔，非常有海島風情。
每天都會有人來打掃。
酒店周圍很安靜，地理位置也非常好，東有萬綠園，西有假日海灘，如果你想去人多的地方，出門往北直走 就有一個海邊公園，吹吹海風，聽聽大海的聲音，會很舒心。
