A pleasant hotel! Everything looks quite new. Comfortable bed (I especially liked that there is a choice between regular pillows and memory foam pillows). Good value for money (especially compared to hotels in Sanya where I am now and where hotels in this price range seem much lower quality). Friendly staff at reception. The only thing that could be better is sound insulation, in particular noise coming from outside the hotel. Even with the window closed, it felt as though it was open (what you hear is mostly traffic noise - which I got used to pretty quickly - but one evening also some loud music which annoyed me more; that stopped at 22:30 though, so not too bad after all). If I return to Haikou, I might certainly consider this hotel again.

The hotel looks new and is located in the Haikou walking street. That is very convenient and easy to find something to eat. It is a bit confusing that they sell cloths in front of the hotel. The staffs cannot speak English but are very friendly. The room was spacious and quite clean. There are 2 bottles of water provided in the room for free of charge. Sleeping with ear-plugs is recommended if you book a room with windows, which is facing to the street and a bit noisy in the morning. 100 CNY in cash is required for the deposit for 1 key card.

Environment: The room is simple and log-style, with soft lighting, warm and comfortable. My companions were amazed and full of joy. Facilities: The bathroom is spacious, and the toiletries are smooth and fragrant. The bed is clean and soft, and you don't want to get up after lying down. Hygiene: The towels, beds, curtains and grass are washed very clean, which makes me feel super clean, and I feel that I can use it with confidence. Service: The service is OK. If there is no one at the front desk, a phone call will immediately appear. Cost-effectiveness: Compared with hotels or B&Bs of the same price, it is a great value, and the location is in the old arcade street. There are food, shopping and shopping. Just bring 💰.

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

There are terraces on the third and fifth floors, which overlook the old street. Old objects can be seen everywhere in the room, patio, and lobby. It is estimated that the boss lady has collected them with great effort. It is very local. The boss lady is very beautiful and fashionable. My mother said she looks like a singer.

I thought a boy or a ”master” would come to drive away the Spiderman, but I didn't expect that the check-in lady with a super sweet smile came to rescue me with a mop. I know that girls will be more or less afraid of insects, but the super sweet smile The lady still bravely solved the problem. It's really a great hotel. Thank you for each of your housekeepers protecting and caring for me like a family member. The hotel is a pet-friendly hotel. I met a guest with a dog on the day of check-in. If you mind your pet, the housekeeper will guide you back to the room first. Here is a small suggestion. The front desk is relatively small. Considering the different needs of different people, the housekeeper can actually take the guests to check in in the room, which avoids the embarrassment of guests who are afraid of pets and guests with pets at the front desk at the same time. Of course I know that this is very hard for the housekeepers, it's just a small suggestion~ Overall, I am very satisfied with this designer hotel. There is definitely room for improvement, but I believe that the hotel's enthusiasm and professional service will definitely make this hotel better. I look forward to coming to Haikou again, I can say goodbye to all the housekeepers like going home. Look Beyond Hotel is in a beautiful location that makes exploring the area an absolute breeze. What really stands out is the convenience of having affordable public parking lots nearby, which takes the stress out of finding a spot. (Ask me where?) Plus, being within walking distance to so many attractions is a huge bonus. It’s the perfect place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Atour light is a great hotel even though its not as big as other hotels. I like to praise the staff'for their positive, helpful attitude. I am satisfied with their service, especially a young man by the name of Yan Yee who goes beyond his duty to help with translation of english. Assist in booking our cab and assist especially with the mandarin address which we were clueless. Kudos to all the front line staff and ground staff who were very helpful even when they were busy. A young cheerful lady staff (did not get her name) was also very helpful too in helping us on our final day of checkout when we have difficulty with the didi booking App. We very much appreciated their fantastic service, the past few days of our stay here. Keep up the good job. Your management should be very proud to have such a great team. Our 4-nights stay here was made pleasant. We wish to thank the staff, senior staff & everyone for the service rendered. Our rooms are 1306 (me) & 1307 from 20-29th Nov 2024 and we are from Singapore. 👍🙏

Before coming to Hainan, I compared more than a dozen hotels. As someone who doesn't like noise, I finally chose this hotel hidden in a residential area. According to the reviews, it just met my needs. When checking in, Xiao Ming at the front desk casually mentioned that you can try our soup noodles for breakfast. Many guests have given good feedback. Why don't you try it? As a result, when I went to eat the next day, I saw the busy figure of the soup noodle chef, and I knew I would not be disappointed.

The apartment is located on Binhai Avenue, facing the Haidian River, opposite the old pier of the hotel, the view is very good. Along Binhai Avenue, you can lead to the Bund, you can see the landmark Century Bridge in Haikou, and the Haikou Internet celebrity check-in place such as Yundong Bookstore.
