"Good onsen facilities and breakfast with plenty of options. Also located close to the airport (by car) with some restaurants nearby to choose from within walking distance. Room was spacious and the bedding were comfortable. Reception was fluent in Mandarin so no problem in raising any requests."
"Perfect place to stay if you're exploring Hokkaido/Hakodate by trains and foot.
Located right next to the JR Station. Room is modern. Very clean and classic superb Japanese hospitality. Recommend!"
"The counter staff was very good and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious. There are buses directly to Hakodate Station in front of the hotel, which is quite convenient. The hot spring facilities are considered to be quite satisfactory, open air, and there are 5 indoor additions. You can experience them all."

"It was a room that children would be happy! When I entered the building, there were cute modern decorations, and it seemed that security in the middle of the night was also solid. We didn't go, but there seems to be a hidden spot and barbecue facility on the roof! Is the hall renewed? Like old and new? I think the cleaning was clean, but I couldn't get down because I felt like the pillows smelled like dust (^^ ;; Children who are tired of sightseeing for adults in Hakodate are also happy to return to the hotel I think it's a place is! You can stay with a large number of people, so I think it's good to stay with everyone on a trip with grandpa and grandma! However, please note that there is no hot spring!"
"The location is very good, close to the church group, convenient.
The bathroom facilities are old, the shower angle cannot be adjusted, the water flow cannot be controlled, and the faucet must be turned on every time the switch is turned on and the hot water is adjusted to the right temperature, which is very inconvenient.
The room was spacious and the bed was moderately hard and soft. The curtains were not shading and woke up early.
The uncle at the front desk was very enthusiastic."

"It may be a little pricey, but I think it's a good place to stay for a solo trip or business trip.
The points I am worried about are that I think it would be better if the lighting was a little brighter, and the temperature control of the shower in the room needs to be fine-tuned according to the notes.
On the positive side, the employees gave me a pleasant impression.
There was also a hot spring on the first floor, but the temperature was just right and I was able to get rid of my fatigue.
Also, I went with 🚗, but it was cheap at 100 yen per night, so thank you! It was helpful.
I would like to use it again if there is an opportunity."
"I used it for the second time with three families and a large dog.
The building itself is used for the burial,
The second floor without heating was a bit cold.
The interior was very clean and I used it comfortably.
There is Hakodate Park just a short walk away, and you can walk.
There was a unit shower
Thank you for taking care of Yajito Onsen (6:00~21:00 reception end) for about 5 minutes by car in the morning and evening.
The parking lot was about five minutes away.
It wasn't enough to worry about.
and you can communicate with the administrator by email
I was able to use it with peace of mind. I will use it again."
"The hotel is an hour away from Hakodate station. It is an old styled hotel but well kept. Their bath is superb and we enjoyed using it. The receptionists didn’t speak English and they had instructions in English instead.
They don’t provide any water. You need to purchase them for 100yen each. I asked for Japanese room but they gave me beds instead.
I had pleasant stay and would consider visiting again"

Outstanding
VVeyRon LeongSuper good location it’s just in front of the Hakodate jr station, beside is morning market. Room size is big compared to others.
AAnonymous UserWe booked a sea view room with a private bath, which was very nice. The hotel also has its own large outdoor hot spring and sauna. The bath is very large, and the breakfast is quite satisfactory. It is far from some scenic spots in the city, so it is not very convenient to eat. If you like lively places, choose carefully. Pure leisure travel is a very good choice. It is close to the Hakodate Tropical Botanical Garden. There are not many convenience stores downstairs. There is an AEON store about 15 minutes' walk away. It is basically purchased by locals. The seafood sashimi is very fresh and cheap. There is no one in the drugstore on the second floor. Some lip oil, hand cream and common care medicine are added. We booked to fly back to China from Hakodate Airport. It is recommended to book this place as the last stop. It is about a ten-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. There is a bus stop within a five-minute walk. You can't use the transportation IC card. Prepare change in advance. It is very convenient.
GGuest UserConveniently located 5 min walk from Hakodate JR station. There’s a parking lot next to the hotel at 500 yen per day. Breakfast was provided and was excellent with plenty of choices.
Twin bedroom was small but had everything we needed. Laundry is conveniently located on the ground floor.
EEskimo89Nice room with mountain view. The breakfast is superb. Hotel has parking but with a fee. Very close to shopping and several points of interests including the cable car station
PPinklesClean room, daily new towels, great view of the sea from our room
Location: Near JR hakodate station, bus station and car rental eg Toyota Rent a Car. Bus station has shuttle service direct from Airport. Direct access to Lawson. Short walk to AM market, walking distance to Red Brick Warehouse Area
Service: 10/10
Love that they have laundry rooms on 3 different floors
Amenities on different floor
OO.K. MACNot sure whether it’s during long holidays, or it’s normal. But I expected much better service for this type of hotel. So I was so disappointed when I didn’t feel like it.
First, I carried a lot of stuffs. I asked for concierge, yes there was a luggage cart, but I need to carry all by myself up to my room, using a small and old with impaired wheels cart.
Second, full of tourists. Onsen was so full too. So I need to hurry took a bath, a few minute in the onsen, then go back to my room. Not relax at all.
Third, such a long queue breakfast. There were 2 types of breakfast for us to choose. Never seen like this before, but we need to get a queue, for 30-60 minutes waiting. If I knew that there was a queue for hotel breakfast, I would definitely went down to get the queue before packing my luggage. Who will know that it would be like this. It’s my really first time to wait for 1 hour to have breakfast.
Lastly, I was so tired and want the massage, so I booked one. Not sure whether it’s normal for Japanese style or not, but compared to Thai massage and Korean massage, I shouldn’t have paid for it . Too expensive but not help at all. I came back to my room to acupuncture myself instead.
Luckily that I stayed 2 hotels in Hakodate, so I moved to another hotel on the next day and feel much better.
Oh, a few things I like about this hotel.
1. The pictures along the way to another wing (during my walk to onsen). There were beautiful
2. A rental car place in front of hotel, during my waiting for breakfast queue, I walked there and found a good price car rental.
SsunminhaoThe hotel is very close to Goryokaku. You can see the tower from the room. Across the road is the Daikokuya, which is very convenient for late night snacks. However, it seems that you need to swipe your card to enter the hotel gate after 11 o'clock.
The hotel is small in size, the rooms are compact, and there is no underground parking lot. You need to park in the surrounding public parking lots. The front desk provides a schematic diagram and enthusiastic guidance.
AAlec Muklewicz 穆子德Great hotel in the heart of Hakodate. Breakfast is the best I have had in Japan in terms of quality and variety. It was quite affordable with great services, amenities, and location at the heart of Hakodate. Rooms are sizable. Not too far from train, bus, and tram services.
Hotel staff even bothered to address and deal with a dying bird found outside their property that we saw and called the proper authorities.
エエゾシカ伝道師The staff at the inn were warm and moderate, and I was very comfortable.
While there were many non-smoking rooms, the companion who was a smoker was very happy.
In addition, the correspondence of the odor remaining in the room is also firm, and I think it can be comfortable.
It's a hot spring, but you can get the power of the source.
It is a hot spring of great satisfaction!
