Hotel near Hakone yumoto,Hakone
"The location is not difficult to find, ten minutes walk south from Yumoto Station. The room is also very good. In fact, seven or eight people can live. The downside is that there is no Chinese service. And there are two rooms, but the booking does not tell you which one is. And the unlock password given by the SMS after booking and the in-site message are wrong. But I can't get through the customer service phone of the hotel. Fortunately, Trip customer service dug out the correct password in the middle of the night, otherwise it would be sleeping on the street. The house is fine, the service is completely absent."

"Great experience! From the receptionist in the parking lot to the front desk and lounge are first class As soon as I entered the wooden house, I smelled a faint woody fragrance, and my whole person suddenly relaxed a lot. You have to take off your shoes when you enter the hotel, and the front desk will take care of them, so you directly step on the tatami with your feet, soft and comfortable. The room is very large, there are three doors from the main door of the room to the position of the bed, so the room is very quiet. The bed is very large, moderately soft and hard. There is free water, beer and juice in the small refrigerator. The electric kettle has hot water that has already been heated, and there is also a pot of room temperature water to drink next to it The room is heated and air-conditioned at the same time In addition to shampoo and other products, there are also toners, makeup lotions, and lotions that can be used. There are also hair loops for long hair. The whole arrangement is very careful. The view of the room is first-rate, and soaking in a daze in the open-air hot spring is a first-class enjoyment. Dinner and breakfast are in the restaurant on the second floor. Arrange a time with the waiter to go to the first floor and they will show you where to eat. Dining is in a semi-private room with tatami mats, and no other guests will be seen. The waiter for both meals is the same person, needless to say, polite, with a bright smile, very hard to explain the dishes in simple English. It is suitable for people who like to be quiet, slow, and [not to see people]!"

"We loved it here! I booked a room (Japanese style room for 5 people) for the two of us since this matched my budget best that had onsen access (200$ for the night including dinner and breakfast for two people). The traditional room was right above the garden and the futons were SO comfy, definitely an experience I will never forget! The breakfast and dinner buffet were both great! The have yakatas for borrow on the floors and in the rooms with sandals which was super fun, we wore them to dinner. We only spent one night but they easily held our luggage all of the checkout day. We could see Mt Fuji from the lovely garden (the tip top as most is usually covered by clouds in spring). My only complaint is there is only one single washer dryer in the whole place and my clothes got soaked from the rain so I waited in line but then I realized that this would never feasibly happen so just dried the clothes on hangers and left the door open overnight so all was well… love this place so much!"

"The hotel is just around the corner from the mountain train station. The environment is very good and the facilities are complete. Toiletries and lotions are provided. You can check in directly with just a change of clothes. I left my luggage at the Tokyo Hotel. The Kaiseki dinner was of good quality. If you are not used to Kaiseki, you can get off at the previous stop, Mori no Bijutsu. There is Lawson opposite. Buy some snacks, instant noodles and cook in the microwave!"

"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, very close to the Glass Museum. As soon as the car arrived, there was a hotel reception. The overall style of the lobby is American. The facilities and bedding are very new. There are only ten rooms. There are private baths and reservation-based hot springs, and the public baths are empty. Dinner is Sukiyaki, the beef is very fatty, and breakfast is divided into Japanese and Western styles."

"I booked a room immediately after seeing the Chinese service at the front desk. This is great for a Chinese like me who is going abroad for the first time and doesn't know Japanese or English and can't communicate deeply. It gets dark too early in Japan this season. It was dark when we came out of the museum. Fortunately, we contacted the front desk and the front desk suggested that we take a taxi to the hotel. It was dark when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is on the mountain, with good vegetation, great air and quietness. The room is Japanese style. The style of the whole room is great, large and clean. There are also kimono bathrobes when checking in. I learned to wear them after following the video for a long time. I seem to be able to do it a little bit😄The hotel supervisor is a ********* compatriot, and the front desk ladies are super enthusiastic. They also drove us to buy food and talked to us about many local customs and food, as well as the hotel's future design and planning. I am looking forward to the next visit. At night, we took a private bath, which was very comfortable and private. The mask in the private bath is really super easy to use, so I took a piece away...☺Hehe... The next day, the supervisor brother and sister sent us to take the bus and told us where to go and what to eat. It was really a great experience. Next time, I will bring my parents to this hotel. Not only is the environment good and hygienic, but the people are also super nice😊"

"I highly recommend this hotel, which is just near Hakone Yumoto Station, a 5-minute walk away. It has convenient transportation and is very convenient to every scenic spot. The hotel has Japanese-style rooms with open-air baths, as well as a large hot spring and open-air bath on the rooftop. It provides Kaiseki cuisine and has very good service. It specializes in private dining rooms. The Japanese-style room can accommodate three mattresses, making it suitable for families traveling with children!"

YYigefeifeiIt is very convenient to come to Togendai. If you go there from Hakone Yumoto, it should be quite far. So backpackers go directly from Yumoto to Togendai and take the bus to the hotel. The bus from platform 1 takes about 10 minutes. Press the button when you get off the bus, otherwise it will drive away directly if there are no passengers getting on or off the passing platform. The bus in Figure 4 is right in front of the hotel. In fact, you can also get on the opposite platform to Gotemba. We didn't know to rush to Togendai to get on the bus, and the bus turned back and passed this platform. The hotel is very new and the facilities are relatively complete. There is capsule coffee in the room. A full set of toiletries, DHC makeup remover oil, facial cleanser lotion, etc. are all available, which is much more convenient for girls. There is a ********* beauty at the front desk who can communicate in Chinese. Breakfast and dinner are simple, and there is a 7-11 opposite. There is nothing else to consume. The hot spring is alternated between men and women.

OOhbrainsNot the easiest place to find, nestle between the river and the mountain we had the most amazing experience. Friendly staff that speaks English with the most amazing breakfast and dinner. Not the cheapest hotel but you are paying for the experience and I would definitely recommend you try this hotel out. Our room had its own private hot spring and we were more then impressed with the level of detail and service that the owner(s) put into running of this inn / hotel.

BBolanghaoxiaoxiannvThe hot spring hotel is very beautiful, and it feels very old when you walk inside. The public areas are carefully decorated, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are private hot springs that can be booked, and there are not many people in the public hot springs. You can directly book a hot spring before breakfast. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. There is a young lady who speaks super fluent English. Communication is barrier-free, and every dish is very clear. The only drawback is that the location of the hotel is not very convenient if you don't have a private car. You need to call to pick up the station. If you don't have a mobile phone number, you can contact by email, but you can't guarantee timely contact... If you drop off at the check-out time, you can only be sent to Sheguye to take the bus, but there are not many buses, and they are not very punctual, so you may have to wait for a long time. Except for the inconvenient transportation, other experiences are great!

TTimothyIf you have extra money, this could be a nice way to indulge. However, a word of warning. If you're arriving at Odawara train station, there's no way to get to the hotel except by the hotel shuttle. Taxis won't take you. And the hotel shuttle won't take you unless you've placed your name on the reservation list ahead of time. Nobody warned me about this. I'd read online that a connecting train takes you near the hotel, but this isn't true either. I arrived during a snow/ice storm and waited over 3 hours before I could get a ride to the hotel. The shuttle driver wouldn't let me on. I called the hotel front desk 3 or 4 times, but they weren't very helpful. I suppose this is the language barrier. They meant well. But regardless, if a shuttle reservation is the only way to access a remote mountain top hotel, it's pretty important to make sure your guests understand this. Once I did arrive, I have to admit the room was beautiful. The buffet dinner was fantastic but not included in the price of the room - a little disappointing, since the room is already so expensive. Lots of extra costs, so be careful. I received a really great massage in my room. The onsen hot spring was very nice, and free (included in room charge). Breakfast the next morning was also included in room charge. The hotel bar was closed, though. There wasn't much opportunity to socialize or meet people. I did check out the lake the next morning, which was beautiful in the snowfall. I'm sharing photos of that. There wasn't time to check out much else because I had to get back on the shuttle bus at 10:30 to catch my next train. I suppose if there hadn't been an ice storm, I would have checked out more of the surrounding area and appreciated it.

GGuest UserI love this hotel! From the moment we were ushered in from the shuttle coming via Odawara stn, the hotel felt very welcoming. Reception was a large open table that is not your typical hotel reception that feel too formal. we were first brought to the lower bar seating area where it’s comfy sofa seating. Check in took awhile as many guests were received from the hotel shuttle bus (25-30 seater). Staff always check in with us on the progress while we waited. Room came with private onsen though I hope it could have been the natural spring water instead of tap. Love the huge room size thats great for little kids to run around, met my standard of cleanliness as well. Breakfast adequate but not a huge spread which I find pricey at 3900 yen. Some bread, fried jap style fish, somen, cold appetisers, veg dips, fruits, around 6-8 hot dishes including omelette and poached eggs. Yet a lot of drink choices fr milk, soy, juices, teas, etc. we had the set dinner 18000 yen and 15000 yen as both of us had diff menus. Was a 3-4 course dinner, nothing out of this world and we didnt want the hassle of walking out to find food. This was one hotel we found many singaporeans (we are one too) as breakfast and dinnertime in resto is when we started noticing the accents. Nearby is a 7-11 nearby around 300m by foot if you feel peckish in middle of the night. Very pleasant stay, like that they provide mpv service to and fro gora station that would be most main boarding point to other attractions, mind that it runs till 6pm so any later you can take the Hakone Tozan bus which brings you to the pizza resto just a short 50m walk from hotel main road.

KkitekidThe exterior is in the style of a simple European manor, and the interior should have been renovated in recent years. The key is a traditional key with a long plexiglass room card, which is very impressive. There is a natural hot spring private bath, where you can enjoy the view on the hillside. There are massage chairs, TVs, etc. in the bathing and changing lounge area for you to rest and cool down before returning to the room. The service is very considerate. The breakfast is a Western set meal, which is exquisite and can be eaten as a breakfast. The restaurant faces the hillside and the scenery is invincible. We arrived very late, and the front desk was also very friendly. The front desk was also very friendly during the day, and they responded to every request. Luggage can be stored. The bed and tatami are very good, and the quilt is a duck down quilt, which makes you sleep very comfortably at night. The disadvantage is that you have to climb a slope to leave ”Gora”. There is a car to pick you up at 18:00 in the evening, so you can only climb if it's late. It's closer to ”Park Shang” and there is not such a big slope, but there is still a car at 22:00 on the mountain climbing line to ”Gora”, and there seems to be no car at 18:00 on the traction railway to ”Park Shang”. If you go late, you can only climb or take a taxi. We checked in late, so we only enjoyed the service of being sent to Gora after checking out.
