The hotel is clean and conveniently located near shopping malls on the way when we walked to West Lake. The staff members are very helpful. They always helped us to go to the road to hail taxis for us. They also informed us how to go to China Mobile main office to get local SIM card. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety and worth the price.

It is right next to the old Hangzhou Station. It is right after you get off the subway station. It is very convenient to take the train. 2 kilometers to the west is the West Lake. There is a lake view restaurant on the top floor. You can see the panoramic view of the West Lake during breakfast. I took a photo. It only takes more than 10 minutes to ride a shared bicycle to the West Lake. It is very convenient. The hotel is located few minutes away from the metro station line 2 by Qingling Road gate C , It was beautiful and clean too I actually loved everything about it .The area is quiet and the hotel stuff was amazing, I was lucky to find a male receptionist who could speak English who even escorted me to my room because I had a big bag.I would definitely recommend this hotel 💯

It is very convenient to take a taxi to get anywhere. The room is large and the price-performance ratio is good. The hygiene is acceptable and the details need to be further improved. Overall, I am very satisfied, especially the service attitude of the guy at the front desk is impeccable. The breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Li Bai Restaurant in the hotel were also delicious, so I canceled the tour group and continued their stay. Fortunately, I don’t live in the congested section along the West Lake. There is a lot to do in Hangzhou, especially with children. Checking in at various museums is a pleasure. Apart from never wanting to see the ten sights of the West Lake for the second time, I encountered the disgusting dry toilets and the terrible environment of the cruise ship. There are so many scenic spots where you can no longer sit on the bus, there are so many people, cigarette butts are flying everywhere, and the air is polluted... The other destinations in my trip to Hangzhou are fine so far, I like this city very much.
