The hotel has convenient transportation and good location. There are direct buses to the West Lake Canal. It is very convenient to park in the neighbourhood. The parking card from the front desk is very convenient... There is a charging treasure umbrella downstairs. The front desk can also help upgrade the room type for free. Recommend

差的要死，千！萬！別！來！！！剛開始住的大床房，我進去都蒙了，很臟很小很差，地板上特別臟，洗手間瓷磚都發黴了，洗手枱也發黴了，牙杯就倒扣在發黴的洗手枱上。後來發現我買的比他當天價格貴，攜程給升了商務房，好傢伙，比普通的還臟！床單被罩根本沒有換過，上面有各種臟印子和毛毛，打電話給前台，接電話的是個女生，但是是一個男的來敲的門！大晚上的怎麼著也該讓個阿姨來吧！而且態度極其傲慢，好傢伙我住你們酒店欠你們錢了是吧。能看到新拿的床單和之前的完全不是一個顏色，他根本沒換新的！槽點太多，第一次在攜程評價，千萬千萬別來！

離大悦城很近，方便活動，旁邊有小河直街，晚上去漫步很愜意。
設施：東西都很全，每天早上會換新的拖鞋和洗漱用品。
衞生：比較乾淨。
環境：2樓，樓梯挺寬敞的，帶行李的話比較方便。
服務：前台小姐姐很温柔，服務周到。

房間…一進這個旅館就有一種很難聞的味道，就是走廊裏濃厚的腳臭味…
設施：非常普通，房間設計非常不合理，不如學校的宿舍，所有設施非常老舊，讓人難以踏足
