The hotel is located on Santaishan Road, West Lake, with beautiful scenery around it, close to Maojiabu and Huagang Fish Viewing. It is also close to Turtle Pond. Zerong, the front desk staff, provided warm and thoughtful service. The hotel has complete facilities. It is very convenient to go out with my sisters~ The environment is elegant. I will choose to stay next time.

Accompanying my parents to Hangzhou for a visit, because my parents are over 80 years old, I agreed with the hotel in advance to open a room for the elderly to rest after arriving at the hotel in the morning. After arriving at the front desk in the morning, the service staff upgraded the room for free and checked in. The hotel environment is very good, quiet and elegant. There are also 704 ruins in the courtyard for visitors. The West Lake Scenic Area is just outside the door. The elderly can go back to the hotel to rest at noon after going out for half a day, which is very convenient. The service staff is very enthusiastic, especially for my parents. There are many cars and it only takes ten minutes. I chatted with the taxi driver and said that Zhejiang Hotel was the hotel where Lin Biao lived. It seems that the history is long enough. The front desk lady Lin Yingdi was very friendly and the service was very good. Not only did she upgrade the parent-child room for free, but she also gave breakfast and snack packages. She lived very comfortably. The hotel facilities are also complete, clean and tidy, with a children's play area and lush garden scenery outside the large French windows. It's a pity that the itinerary in Hangzhou this time is relatively full, otherwise sitting in the room and relaxing is also a good experience, a rare leisure and tranquility. I will choose here next time I come to Hangzhou!

The Chinese and Western food in the breakfast are very authentic, with special big meat buns, scallion oil noodles, Liangnong cakes, homemade big fried dough sticks, etc., which is like stepping into the kingdom of carbon water. Various Chinese and Western dishes are very delicious, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window while dining. The lady surnamed Cheng at the front desk of the hotel upgraded our room for free considering that we had two elderly people. At night, through the large room glass of the two rooms, we could actually see the illuminated Leifeng Pagoda, which gave us an unexpected surprise. Sister Xiaocheng specially came to the room to give us 4 tickets to visit the 704 project. We didn't know that there was such a huge underground project under the beautiful Zhejiang Hotel. The room we stayed in after the upgrade was clean and tidy, with an independent cloakroom and a spacious and bright bathroom. The hotel delayed check-out until 2 pm, so that the two elderly people had enough time to rest, leaving them with good memories of this trip to West Lake. The hotel is very convenient for public transportation. There is a bus stop not far away, and it is very convenient to get to Hupao Maojiabu. Next time I go to West Lake, Zhejiang Hotel will still be my only choice.
