Fantastic hotel in Hangzhou offering excellent F&B options

A superb location with ample ground and access to the park and lake. The service is excellent and the rooms are great although quite pricy. We tried the Chinese Reataurant which serves extremely refined food.
The main down point would come from the breakfast which is rather basic, and not at all at the level of the restaurants.

最開始預訂是衝著位置環境和酒店附屬的餐廳來的。位置確實不錯，離烏龜潭和浴鵠灣都很近，每天早晚遛彎盡享裏西湖祕境的美景。酒店庭院設施和房間設施也都挺完備，衞生做得很好，管家服務也比較到位。餐飲麼實話實説，雖然米其林黑珍珠名聲在外，但吃完了感覺沒有什麼驚喜，中規中矩，水平倒是都在線。早餐雖然是現做的，但讓我覺得不太好吃，西式和中式的都稍微有點膩，套餐制基本無選擇餘地。作為一個走小而美小而精緻路線的度假村，個人感覺除了位置和硬件以外，其他附加值不太夠，比如沒任何有參與感和體驗感的活動，四千多一晚的價格略微有點溢價過高了。

這次的入住體驗非常滿意。酒店的服務態度特別好，員工始終保持着親切的微笑。
從預訂房間之後就會有專門的管家負責對接各種事宜，預訂餐廳，到入住之後還會發一些關於房間使用的貼心提醒。有任何問題都可以隨時通過微信和管家聯繫，服務非常細緻到位。每一位員工的態度都相當的親切，因為我到店時間較晚，服務生會在門外等候我放好行李之後再送我到餐廳，這一點服務的細節做的非常好。
酒店的房間是中式風格，房間空間大，設施齊全，用的吹風機是戴森，護膚品洗漱用品也是非常不錯的品牌。由於是晚上入住，在到達房間後工作人員已經貼心的關好了每一扇門窗。房間有一個細節非常打動顧客，就是書架上放滿了各式的書籍，而不是像其他酒店堆放的假書，僅僅做裝飾而用。能看到這間酒店的管理團隊是有文化底藴的。
酒店的早餐意外的美味，我點的中式套餐，麪條、灌湯包、豆花、麻薯，份量大、味道不比外面的餐廳做的差。
酒店的位置也很方便，對於不熟悉杭州的外地朋友來説，酒店的位置是非常便利的。晚上用過晚餐之後，可以出酒店在西湖邊上夜跑一圈，環境優美舒適，空氣清新宜人。
如果下次來杭州旅遊，我會再次選擇杭州紫萱度假村。這一次的住店體驗讓我非常感動和滿意。期待再會。

紫萱酒店果然沒有讓人失望，從開始選擇酒店就鎖定了法雲，四季，紫萱，法雲的風格個人不是很喜歡，於是就選擇了紫萱和四季。
從半個月前，紫萱的管家就聯繫加了微信，熱心的推薦周邊的攻略，並且介紹酒店的黑珍珠餐廳
有幸的是預約到了解香樓，品嚐西子湖畔的美味
客房是很中式的風格，很適合多住幾天度假，在百葉窗旁邊泡一壺龍井茶，聽雨。
來杭州美麗的記憶，紫萱是少不了的

酒店一共9間房，環境很幽靜適合在喧鬧的城市工作後帶來的一片寧靜。
服務態度挺好，24小時管家服務。我們到達當天下大雨。工作人員一路幫着撐傘從停好場送到房間，
地理位置離林隱寺3公里，天氣好的話也可以走過去，路過龍井村呼吸一下天然氧吧也愜意。
温馨提示：酒店米其林餐廳需要提前預訂，每桌衹接待一批客户，不翻枱。我們沒預約這次就沒吃成，留下遺憾下次再來吧😄

當初在選擇四季還是紫萱考慮許久，很開心選擇了紫萱，服務人員都很熱情暖心，早餐品項雖不多，但很精緻，也吃得很飽，房間舒適靜謐，完全沒有任何令人感到不喜歡的味道，衣櫃裏飄着天然精油淡雅的香氣，窗外滿滿綠意和悦耳的鳥鳴，讓我忘卻西湖周遭的繁忙。
紫萱最讓我喜愛的亮點是房間非常乾淨整潔，且花港觀魚就在邊上。
唯一美中不足的是服務人員不小心把我的入住按金5000元當費用全額向信用卡公司請款（我們已在trip.com全額預付房價）3/22扣款5000，我一直到4/11才收到扣除餐點後的退款，期間還多賠付了一進一出的人民幣匯差。酒店在這個危機處理部分並沒有處理非常好，衹是一句簡單的道歉便了事，完全沒有表示願意負擔因為他們自身錯誤而導致客户多負擔的匯率損失，這點讓我有點驚訝，畢竟酒店本身使用的硬體都非常到位，軟服務部分建議再加強必定更完美。
另外入住當天正巧是老公的生日，有事先告訴酒店，我們進房看到一張生日小卡，感覺好像少了個小糕點^_^，還好西湖君悦在我們退房前往紫萱當天給我們準備了一大盒生日巧克力幫我們慶生，紫萱沒給的驚喜在西湖君悦退房時給足了。

三天杭州的商務旅行，突發奇想的按攜程杭州酒店的排行，第一天住排名第一的法雲安縵，第二天住排名第三的羅萊夏朵，第三天住排名第二的西子湖四季，排名還是算準確。第二天行程變化，下午一點提前到酒店，很快就辦理入住，房間新中式的裝修也蠻好，房間面積也不小。晚上回酒店比較晚，發現房間有燈壞了，忽閃忽閃的挺嚇人，打電話給前台，從十一點到十二點多就一直打不通。早起了五點下樓，回房間時門打不開，折騰了半個小時才能進去，七點二十去吃早餐發現沒人，問前台被告知1、昨晚可能電話沒放好，所以打不通，並反問為什麼不給管家發微信2、因為客人少，衹有二户，估計都不會早起，所以等等吧，早餐廳八點應該有人。衹能繼續去散步，多走幾步發現旁邊的景色很美，鳥很多，回去吃早餐，意外的發現居然很好吃，但是衹能選一種，沒有吃飽也不敢再要。雖然在三家酒店裡最便宜，真心建議看到這裏的朋友不要省那千吧塊錢的差價，當年國營招待所的即視感。

一家三口來入住，房間超級贊，管家特別耐心，會提前加微信，並在停車場等候；酒店周邊環境爆贊，就在西湖景區裏面；硬件和軟件設施非常給力！非常推薦！！在預算可以的情況下不要猶豫，推薦預訂這家酒店。白天和晚上泡了個美美的温泉，早餐選擇了中式和日式的，都很美味，中式的早餐小朋友更加喜歡。晚餐在解香樓吃的，非常美味。下午吃了個下午茶，完美的旅行！衣食住行，玩樂都可以在這裏完美的實現。
