The service provided by Manager Nie at the front desk was very good, praise. The room is very big. It's very convenient to visit the Jade Bird Market next to it. I got an upgrade for my first time here. We were also given a late check-out, which helped us with our next trip. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic, and the aunt on the floor took the initiative to say hello to us, which was great.

The room is large and the bathroom has separate wet and dry toilets. It's nice to have a small room. We upgraded to a room that can see the Ferris wheel, but unfortunately we can only watch it but not sit on it. The service provided by Xiao Zhao at the check-in desk and Xiao Ke at the check-out desk was very good. Thank you. The breakfast was pretty good, with a wide variety of items and a long enough time. There was also a pretty lady serving coffee. I particularly like restaurant work clothes. Denim and khakis are nice and friendly, but I’m afraid of suits... It takes a quarter of a minute to take a taxi to Liangzhu Heritage Park. It’s very convenient. There’s a big shopping mall opposite where you can eat, watch movies and more. Liangzhu is a great place to visit. I will stay a few more days next time I come there.

Hilton's hardware and services are really good. The room is large and the facilities are new, and the hygiene is good. The room was well soundproofed and quiet. I had to wait for a while at the front desk when I checked in, so I ate the cookies, juice, and apples (Christmas apples) at the front desk, which tasted good. Fruit was delivered to the room on the first day of check-in, which tasted delicious. During my stay, I enjoyed the hotel's free printing service. For express delivery, you can leave it at the front desk first. The hotel's breakfast has many varieties and tastes good. If you are in a hurry, you can take it away. The hotel's front desk is on the 29th floor. After checking in, you can take the internal elevator to your room, so I feel very safe. Because it is on a high floor, there are large floor-to-ceiling windows and the scenery is very good. There is a subway near the hotel, which is convenient for transportation. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making eating and shopping convenient. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that Hampton's AI butler is a bit silly, doesn't have many functions, and sometimes responds very slowly, but it doesn't affect the check-in experience. I will stay again if I have the chance in the future.

I booked a four seasons city room. I really liked the layout of the room, the fixtures and fittings were nice and the room had a great feeling to it overall. The reception staff were friendly and even offered free breakfast coupons. The hot water in the room itself however was lukewarm at the best of times, both in the shower and bath. I mentioned to the hotel that the water wasn't warm enough and they noted that they were aware of the problem and had tried to fix it, but couldn't. Unfortunately this isn't good enough for a new hotel which opened in 2020 and received a 4.7/5 review on trip.com. My baths and showers therefore had to be very short as the water was so tepid. There was also nowhere to hang towels or bath robes, a small detail but something that the hotel could consider looking into.
