We are a family of 3 adults. The room size and beds ( 1 queen & 1 single) were perfect for our needs. It wasn’t a roll away bed, it was a proper single bed for the extra pax. And beddings were comfy and great. Room size was good… spacious enough to still provide a 2-seater sofa, and a single armchair. Coffee making, kettle of good quality. Bathroom shower was good, vanity top very good and even a spacious area for a bath tub. It was cold outside at 2 - 5 degrees, but it was warm and good inside. Breakfast was good and tasty. Coffee was good. We had dinner at their in-house restaurant, and good was great! Front desk staff was warm and very friendly, and provided much assistance to us in hiring taxis, and showing us how to get around. It made our day as getting around was super easy with the directions given by one of the senior female staff ( which unfortunately I did not manage to get her name). She was patient and super helpful. And housekeeping lady was equally warm and friendly. We had a lovely time here. We chose this location because it was only 15 minutes to Xixi Wetlands , which we wanted to visit and attend the night show : Jin Xi Gong Xixi. It was a beautiful performance, not to be missed. But they are closed for winter now. To get to West Lake, there is a Metro 450 m away and will take you pretty fast there.

Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.
