Fantastic stay! The hotel's location near the subway station was incredibly convenient for getting around, and there were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. Excellent value for money – definitely my top choice for business trips or vacations!

The room is very small, I feel that it is actually suitable for one person. Soundproofing is generally the same, you can hear the sound of the corridor but will not be awakened, and the elevator I live on the 10th floor has been ringing a bit noisy. Then the glass door of the toilet is transparent, which I am shocked. If you are not familiar with it, you should consider it carefully. The front desk service is very good, and the sugar gourd is very delicious. Breakfast is OK? No comment area said before that delicious but still rich, the breakfast room is small, there are many people to wait, but there are red sausage sticky bean bags, wontons are generally. But compared to the breakfast that I had in Changbai Mountain for more than 20 yuan a meal and unpalatable, it was a hundred times better to buy 18 yuan alone. But the toilet will not overflow, very good, although very small.

The hotel is newly opened and the environment is clean. However, the room on the first day was a bit noisy. I reported this problem to the front desk. The front desk said they would change my room for me, but I slept like this all night without much rest. When I arrived at the front desk the next day, I was greeted by a girl named Xinxin. It should be the manager here. She is very enthusiastic and laughs. After hearing my request, she immediately changed my room and moved me to a higher floor. They also gave me fruits and helped me change the room card for a new room. I hope the hotel employees will be trained according to the standards of Manager Xinxin. I will choose to stay here next time. I also work in a hotel. I welcome her to visit my place and share her experiences with my employees.

To be realistic, this stay is generally felt. After entering the store, the front desk asked ”how much money to book a room on the platform, the store may be cheaper”. A colleague had a similar experience before. After the platform unsubscribed, it was not cheap to book a room in the store, so we rejected the proposal at the front desk. When I took a shower in the middle of the night, I found that the shower bottle was empty. In addition, when I left the store to invoice, the front desk recorded an extra number in the mailbox. I waited for a day and didn't receive the invoice message. After calling again to confirm, I found that the invoice was sent to someone else's mailbox. This stay experience made us feel that the service staff in the store were very serious.

We chose this hotel for a one night layover, as it is conveniently located on the opposite side of the AirPort Express Bus stop. It is also not far from Harbin railway station and the metro line 2 (10 min walk) from there you can reach most sightseeing spots, but in Harbin there is always some walking included. Taking a Didi is very cheap though. The first hotel room we were given had a very strong smoking smell, for non smokers unbearable. And this even though I specifically asked for a non-smoker room. After reassigning us a new room, the door card didn’t work. Had to go down to lobby again to get some assistance. The food robot overriding the elevator all the time didn’t make it easier. So all in all the check in process took nearly 40 minutes. Not good. Staff was friendly though. The second room also had a light smoking smell, but after opening the windows bearable. The room was clean and had all necessary equipment. Nothing special though as expected in this price category. All in all the visit was a 3/5 and without the check in troubles could have been a 4/5

The hotel's hygiene and environment are OK. You can see the Baroque from the room window, but the sound insulation is quite poor. When you sleep at night, you can hear snoring from the next room. There are also several rooms away from the elevator entrance, and you can hear the sound of the elevator arriving at the floor. There are only two elevators, and during peak hours, you have to wait for a long time.

This is last minute booking. Surprisingly the hotel is on really good location which u can get Airport transport bus right in front of hotel, less than 1 min walk👍 also there is a shopping mall across the street. Should mentioned the staff there are really friendly & helpful. Hotel also provided complimentary laundry service, self service. Definitely would recommend to someone!

The service is particularly thoughtful. The environment is also first-class in Hulan District. The newly opened hotels are clean and new. It is highly recommended to live. I stayed for two consecutive days. I will come next time. The breakfast is also very rich and very good.

Great location! Turn right out of the hotel and you're just a few steps from a fast-food restaurant. The subway station is less than a minute's walk away, and it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, bus station, Qiulin Company, and Songlei Commercial Building. The hygiene is also good; I asked for a new towel late at night and it was handled within minutes. If I had to pick something, the soundproofing isn't perfect, and the TV was a bit laggy, but these are minor issues that don't detract from the overall experience.

The hotel has convenient parking. It is very close to Harbin West Railway Station and the Airport Expressway. The front desk service is very good and the response to requests is very fast. The people are very friendly. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver it, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick it up. The 24-hour laundry room is really great. Good news for people traveling on business. The public area on the first floor will not disturb others. It has complete facilities. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. I like it.
