衞生和服務都很可以，設施也比較全，但為什麼會有蜘蛛，長的賊大，就從我床底鑽出來。孩子，這不好笑

現在已改名為哈商貿招待所，距離市區較近，性價比可以。但是樓層在一樓，有衞生間地返異味，床單感覺有黴點，但可能是燈光問題

十一來的，哈爾濱房價尤其是中央大街附近的都漲得挺狠，想着帶孩子去哈工大看看，就定的這裏，主要價格合理，基本沒有上漲，想去哈工大參觀的就住這就行，出門就是，去航天館要從哈工大機械樓門前坐小巴，一塊錢一位！

地下室，太冷了，而且是最外邊的房間，門把手裡邊鎖不上，空調不開，床很涼，自熱貼全用上了，就是這價格很低基本上就是比露宿街頭好。
