I booked this hotel because of its special style and the unusual accommodation experience. The front desk staff was very cold when checking in, and it felt like they were not well trained. The room was also a bit strange. There were only two bath towels in the triple room, no bath mat, the water flow system on the floor of the bathroom was blocked, and there were no bathroom shoes. The toilet door could not be closed, and it was very inconvenient to take a bath.
The style of the hotel is very good, but it lacks maintenance and management. If it can be improved, the overall experience will be 60 points.
The newly renovated room is clean and smart. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the toilet is smart, and there are various nozzles to choose from in the shower room. Hot water is available on demand. The TV is very large. There is a table for writing. There are free mineral water and tea bags on the tea table. The bed is even more comfortable, with just the right hardness. If you are hungry at night, you can order a takeaway and the robot will deliver it to your door. The sound insulation in the room needs to be improved.
Very close to the mosque because we are muslim so it is easy for me to find food n meals. And further if not mistaken this hotel has bismillah at the wall every floor so I guess this hotel is owned by the muslim.

Super convinience place and friendly staffs for help…walking distances to Chinese Baroque street market within 15 mins ,many popular foods and a lot variety foods can found in this area…I like my family room ,toilet and bath seperated ,no worries about hungry for tourists bcx they hv vending machines for foods and drinks. You can do own laundry and dry by its own. If nt dry,you can hang in room . You can ask the staffs to help if needed and they super super helpful when i lost … Im feel so lucky to be their guest… Nextime i will bring some fruits from Malaysia for them when i visit Harbin again.Worth to stay…and cozy place when bringing kids along.
Xueting Songjiangyue B&B is much better than a four-star hotel. The decoration style that combines Chinese and modern styles is my favorite style. Free parking, free freshly ground American coffee, Italian coffee, Dyson hair dryer, smart toilet, Tmall Genie whole house smart, the waiter is super enthusiastic, thank you sister for upgrading the room for free. This is the most satisfying and unexpected itinerary of this trip to Harbin. Xueting B&B is about 600 meters away from Baroque and is also very close to Central Street. You can feel the river breeze and watch the seabirds along the river. It won't take long to reach the flood control memorial tower. It's super nice. I will come again next time and will introduce my friends to come and experience the good hygiene, good environment and super facilities.
Who knows family members? The Baroque Hotel in Harbin was a great experience! I have to give it a big thumbs up👍
The service of the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. As soon as I entered the door, I felt the warmth of home. Whether it was checking in or asking questions, she was patient and careful. During the chat, I learned that she had lived in Dalian for 15 years. As soon as she heard us talking, she felt friendly and instantly got closer~
The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied, which was a perfect start to a full day of vitality; the management was also very good, and you could feel the care everywhere. Here, you can really feel that they are wholeheartedly thinking about the travelers. Highly recommended to friends who come to Harbin!
Ctrip shows a 4-diamond hotel, but it's only 2 diamonds at most...
The location is on the pedestrian street of the Baroque District, which has both advantages and disadvantages. It's convenient to visit the Baroque District, but it's very difficult to drive in. In the end, the security guard came out to lead the way in. The subway is more convenient...
The family room is very small, the big bed is against the wall, and you need to climb up from the end of the bed... It's very different from the pictures...
It shows snacks, soft drinks, razors, etc., but there are none...
The air conditioner is a bit loud, and the temperature adjustment is useless...
When I returned to the hotel at night, I saw that the price on Ctrip dropped from 215 to 138, but it was actually The room was only 100 yuan, but the front desk refused to refund the money...
The most unbearable thing was the breakfast, 38 yuan per person, but there were only boiled eggs, fried rice, steamed buns, pickled vegetables, porridge and soy milk. There were peanuts and cold meat dishes on the side, but we couldn't take them. The woman in the restaurant saw that we really didn't have anything to eat and served a small spoonful of peanuts. 8 yuan was the most. The 2 breakfasts that came with the room booking could not be refunded. I strongly requested the front desk to refund the additional breakfast for 1 person, otherwise I would lose a lot of money...
Pictures speak louder than words...
If you really want to stay here, don't expect too much, and don't take breakfast...
This hotel experience was great! The room is spacious and bright, with reasonable layout, exquisite and tasteful decoration, complete facilities, and soft and comfortable bedding, which gave me a good night's sleep. The staff are warm and friendly, and the service is attentive and meticulous. From check-in to check-out, every step makes people feel warm. The hotel has an excellent location, with convenient transportation and many delicious food. Highly recommended to everyone!
The room was very clean. The front desk and the front desk manager were very enthusiastic. I felt the hospitality of Harbin. It is very close to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. I will stay in this hotel next time.
Purple Inn is located in an area called the Harbin Baroque District because it was first developed in the 1800s. Today the whole area is being restored and is a very touristy area. Seriously, a McDonald's is being set up right in front of our hotel .
For our stay we found relatively cheap rooms and unlike most other rooms -- which are modern / western business style rooms -- Purple's rooms are entirely furnished in a traditional classic Chinese, lots of wood everywhere. See photos.
Rooms fairly clean and heated floors were appreciated in winter. Staff helpful but can only communicate in Chinese.
Lots to shop and eat in the nearby Harbin Baroque District. Taxi fare to most attractions would be fairly low because they were not far away.
Just be warned that:
1. This hotel is not on Google maps
2. Is not along the main road, and inside a pedestrianised area. So if you arrive by taxi or the meteo, you have to walk to find it.
3. The directions given by trip.com for some reason only gives you the walk along the main road. So you may have to walk much further than if you know how to cut across the pedestrianised streets.
Overall, quite nice if you want an accommodation that has a radically different furnishing. Price is relatively low too. Don't think any breakfast is served.

GGuest UserIn fact, I am not someone who often writes reviews. This was my first time staying at a B&B. When I came across a house I liked, I couldn’t help but praise it. The room was very clean and tidy and had a large bathtub for two people. It was nice to take a bath and watch a movie. The bedding was also comfortable. , the disposable supplies are very complete, and I pay more attention to quiet and comfortable sleep. The check-in experience is very good. I have stayed in many hotels and rarely encounter such considerate and accurate location. They also recorded videos. The key is that the transportation to surrounding attractions is very convenient. Convenient, right next to Baroque, recommended ~ so 👍
BBannitongxingThe hotel is very authentic, from the inside to the outside are real good things are rare now, the curtains are better than my home's own decoration 😂 It is in the Baroque scenic area but it is very quiet at night, and the windows are very soundproof! The big bed is very comfortable
I regret not staying here for a few more nights!
EEve-XI was a little hesitant before booking, and the sanitation of many hotels near the attractions was difficult to comment. After check-in, I dispelled my concerns. The room was clean and tidy, and the naked eye was visible. The smart toilet + bathroom without rust and water, and the sandalwood shampoo was well received. There is a smart laundry room on the first floor. It rained on the same day, and the dryer solved the urgent need. Walk to Baroque for 6 minutes and recommend this with your baby. Huax x's hotel, if there is a platinum member, you can see if you can upgrade the double breakfast or upgrade the room type.
GGuest UserGreat, I took a lot of photos, but there are children in the photos. I can send this one. When I entered the house, all five of us were shocked. Is this a place where more than 400 can live? It takes more than 2,000 less in ours. The children punched in every corner, it was brand new, there was no smell of decoration, and the boss did not ask for praise. We took the initiative to ask for evaluation. It's worth it. If it weren't in a hurry, I really wanted to stay for a few more days. When I checked out in the morning, I saw a lot of big decorations shipped again. The whole floor is full of her house, the hygiene is very clean, and the customer service is also very good. Next time I come to live here, I will change the theme and recommend friends to come.
GGuest UserIt is newly opened. The house has a very good sanitary environment and is suitable for families. The hygienic dry and wet separation design is reasonable. All facilities are new. Electric curtains are more convenient. The subway entrance is downstairs. It is a 5-minute walk from Baroque. There is also a self-driving parking downstairs. convenient.
GGuest UserThe roof facing the room was full of snow, which made me very happy. The joy of the Spring Festival was all in the snow. There are many small restaurants around the hotel, opposite is the Chinese Baroque, and behind is the Songhua River. The location is excellent.
YYoozisamaThis is the second time I chose this hotel. The room I booked this time is the same as the last time. Three major advantages: 1. Harbin is in the peak tourist season, so the price is relatively cheap. 2. It is close to the Zhonghua Baroque subway station on Line 3, and it is a short walk to the Taigu Toudao Street bus stop, which is convenient for travel. 3. The Zhonghua Baroque is across the street from the hotel, which is also a scenic spot. The boss and the boss lady are both locals and very approachable. There are also disadvantages, such as the room hygiene is not very good, there is no cleaning service, and the sheets are dirty; I don’t know what’s wrong with the hot water, I have to wait for a long time for the cold water to run before hot water can be available, and the temperature is not stable; the room is relatively small, etc. I hope it can be improved! (I didn’t take pictures of the room, so I’ll post some pictures of my outings in the past few days)
