Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀

Excellent hotel in Harbin. Located above a mall and opposite to Wanda Plaza. Staffs were very helpful and room was great (just look at the pictures). Breakfast was standard chinese style but suits us. There are plenty of food choices around if get sick of the hotel breakfast. Just take note that because this is an office and hotel block, so it takes a while before the lift gets to your level during peak hours.

The room is very large and the twin beds are all 1.5 beds. The two people's suitcases are paralyzed on the ground and will not hinder passage. Service: To the front desk lady, and the aunt who planned on the road, I gave a big praise 👍. Miss sister a WeChat name is A Xin. The service is very good and the smile is super sweet. She helps guide her mother to use the washing machine dryer. When she leaves, other front desk ladies are very enthusiastic to help guide the elevator. I also presented a cute sugar gourd refrigerator sticker, and drew a complete end to my trip to Harbin ～. PS: This building is very invincible for a long time, it is recommended that friends catch the traffic and reserve at least 15 minutes for the elevator.

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. This is the most satisfactory hotel in Harbin these days. There are many restaurants nearby, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. I said my child was sick, and she immediately upgraded my room 👍👍, which saved a lot of inconvenience.

Families, the twin room I stayed in at the Alpine Hotel was really nice. The two beds are very spacious, and the mattresses are moderately soft and hard, making you feel comfortable after a good night's sleep. The lighting in the room is also very good, and it is bright when the curtains are opened. The whole house is equipped with smart home and there are many TV programs. It is very comfortable to watch a drama in the evening. The socket location is also very reasonable and charging is convenient. There was no strange smell in the room and it was very clean. Recommended!

Very satisfied with this hotel. Although this hotel is about 45minutes from the main tourist attractions eg Zhongyang Street, it is located right next to the metro Chengxiang Station. So you don’t have to walk in the cold for very long. The hotel is new and the interior design is contemporary and practical both in the general area and the room. The staffs are friendly and approachable. Can feel the hotel customer centric quality. I like to mention Xiao Zhou who is very helpful and attentive - more than exceeded my expectation! The room is big with a large tv, automatic toilet bowl, convenient switches, quality appliances etc Very comfortable bed that is not hard nor saggy for a good night rest. The Hotel does not have many rooms but this is good for customers since you don’t have to share the amenities with too many people eg the dining room for breakfast always has a decent number of patrons - no overcrowding that is so common in hotel in China. Yes, I will book this hotel again should I come to Harbin in the near future.

The room is spacious and bright, with washing machines and detergent, and is close to the subway station. However, one waitress didn't understand what ”check out” meant, and instead of asking, she chose to be quiet and make excuses saying she was busy to fool the guests. Basic English still needs to be learned. International standards need to be improved.

The room was very warm and the bed was relatively comfortable. The location is very close to the West Railway Station, 5 minutes by taxi. Nearby shopping malls: Wanda, Vientiane, but we didn’t want to go shopping and didn’t go shopping much. The nearest subway is about 10 minutes' walk away, which is not too far. You need to transfer to Central Street. The service of the lady at the front desk is quite enthusiastic. Some suggestions: 1. The towels and bath towels in the room are relatively old and not very clean. 2. The bath water is not hot during peak periods. It is recommended to increase the temperature. 3. Add care supplies such as cotton swabs 4. The water smells a bit off, but it’s acceptable.

The house is very clean, and the whole house is smart home, there are refrigerators and washing machines. It is really convenient. The little brother at the front desk has a very good service attitude and prepared a drink. The boat and car came to Harbin and got warmth here.
