Very friendly staff and helpful , comfortable bed, warm shower , water is free and can ask for more if not enough. I was late to go back for check out and the staff also let me tidy my stuffs and ask me to take my time, really appreciate the manager 小鱼儿客房经理🙏🏻 strategic location, a lot of restaurant within walking distance . The hotel is link to a shopping mall, so easy to find food. Happy with the stay 😀

Excellent hotel in Harbin. Located above a mall and opposite to Wanda Plaza. Staffs were very helpful and room was great (just look at the pictures). Breakfast was standard chinese style but suits us. There are plenty of food choices around if get sick of the hotel breakfast. Just take note that because this is an office and hotel block, so it takes a while before the lift gets to your level during peak hours.

The location is very good, you can see the Xicheng Red Square in the room, it is also very close to Wanda, shopping and eating are convenient! There are a lot of delicious food downstairs, the front desk girl is very warm, the room is very clean, the pillow is comfortable!

The room was very warm and the bed was relatively comfortable. The location is very close to the West Railway Station, 5 minutes by taxi. Nearby shopping malls: Wanda, Vientiane, but we didn’t want to go shopping and didn’t go shopping much. The nearest subway is about 10 minutes' walk away, which is not too far. You need to transfer to Central Street. The service of the lady at the front desk is quite enthusiastic. Some suggestions: 1. The towels and bath towels in the room are relatively old and not very clean. 2. The bath water is not hot during peak periods. It is recommended to increase the temperature. 3. Add care supplies such as cotton swabs 4. The water smells a bit off, but it’s acceptable.

Harbin is such a wonderful place and this hotel made the stay that much better. “Xiao Yu” was super super friendly at the front desk and was able to converse in English, making check-in super quick. The room was super spacious and the toiletries package was great. The shower had great water pressure and the bathtub was exquisite. Many great places to eat within walking distance as well. Looking forward to the next time I can stay here again!

The hotels I stayed in Luoyang, Kaifeng and other places before also had souvenirs, but they were all a bit confusing😂 so I didn't take it seriously when I first received it. There were candy refrigerator magnets, earplugs and hand cream, which was a big plus👍 Facilities: The decoration style in the room is very good, very simple and clean. What surprised me most was the soft stickers on the corners of the sink and bedside table. They considered the details. They provided a humidifier and a smart toilet. There were also disposable toilet mats in the bathroom. They were very thoughtful. Environment: It is near the commercial area, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a school. If you come to take an exam, it is really close to choose here (breakfast is at the restaurant of Mou Feng on the 23rd floor. The dishes are good.

The room is very good, the shower and toilet are separate and do not affect each other, and there are three mirrors, so there is no need to crowd together even if there are many people. The projection is great, and it also comes with Tencent Video VIP. The room is spacious and clean, the staff are very nice, and it is convenient to order takeout because Wanda is nearby. There is a microwave on the first floor, as well as board games, masks, etc. for you to pick up. Very satisfied

It snowed the day before when I came. The air conditioning in the room was strong and very warm. The location is also good, very close to Harbin West Railway Station, and you can see the West Railway Station from the room. I called in advance to ask for a room with a washing machine. When I arrived at the store, I found that the room was indeed large, with all kinds of settings, a good environment, clean and hygienic, and a comfortable bed. The remote control ran out of power during the stay and the front desk immediately sent it up. The cleaning was also communicated in advance. I didn't need to clean, so I hung the daily supply of water and disposable items on the door handle. The service is really good! Five-star praise!

We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Here are my experiences with the hotel : Location - Away from tourist attractions. Distance to airport is 30 mins. Wanda Plaza mall is 14 mins ride from the hotel. Service - Hotel staff are friendly. Housekeeping - I am disappointed with housekeeping service. The coffee cup in my room was not washed for 3 days. The sheets were not tidied . I feel they cleaned the rooms in a hurry. Breakfast- Simple, not many choices. Staffs were slow to replenish the dishes that were running low . It was a very nice gesture by the hotel to give free minibar, laundry service, and afternoon snacks for the guests.
