This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with bathrobes. There's an aromatherapy diffuser and a humidifier. The tea set is beautiful, and the tea itself is of high quality. The staff are incredibly friendly and proactive. Even the toothbrushes and slippers are good quality. The room was so comfortable that my child didn't want to go out and play, preferring to stay in the hotel room every day 😂. Key highlights: The breakfast is excellent! It's great value for money. Besides the usual fare, they also offer Northeastern specialties like cold noodles, yellow noodles, and mixed jelly salad. A pleasant surprise is that the dishes change daily. I counted 20 different coffee options on the coffee machine. It's truly impressive. The milk is just right, not too sweet or bland, and clearly not made from powder. The only drawback is that the elevator wait can be quite long. Overall, I highly recommend it. I've already told my relatives about it!

HJJlLAN hotel is located about 5km near central street and Sophia Church. You can take a taxi from the hotel. Taxi is cheap in China. You can park your vehicle at the front if you drive. The hotel was clean and neat. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was good with pretty decent number of local dishes The hotel has not cafe or 24hr room services. I will give 4.2/5 stars for their cleanliness

The room was quite spacious, even the 1.35m twin beds didn't feel cramped. Harbin Institute of Technology is just diagonally opposite, but I'm not sure what entrance that was, we couldn't get in and had to walk about a kilometer to the main gate. There's a shaved noodle restaurant nearby that's really good, highly recommended! The hotel parking lot is right in front of the hotel, but outside vehicles can also park there. One car with a Liaoning B license plate was particularly obnoxious, parking directly at the exit and blocking everything. We called to have them move it, and they said they were out sightseeing and would be back in an hour. Honestly, that was infuriating, and even more so when they didn't show up an hour later. Eventually, the hotel staff actively came up with a solution, moving some other vehicles so we could drive over the curb. I think in the future, the hotel should manage this better and not allow non-guests to park there!

Stayed in this hotel next to Harbin Institute of Technology, it was really great! Convenient to eat and drink around, the room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was good to sleep, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the price-performance ratio was super high. I recommend it to everyone!

The overall environment is good. The waiter had no expression when checking in. Maybe he was in a bad mood... The elevator was very slow and I had to wait for a long time. When I entered the room, I felt amazing, like I was in Russia next door. It was quite a feel. However, the bathroom light was too sensitive. When I lay on the bed to sleep at night, the light was turned off. As long as you turned around and made a little movement, the light would naturally light up. It took a long time to wait and it didn't go out. In addition, the bathroom floor drain was blocked, the shower head was loose and easy to fall off, and the sound insulation was not very good. There was a threshold stone and metal door frame near the elevator entrance. When the robot wheels passed by, there was a banging sound, which was particularly loud. It was mainly in the dead of night. The smart system was not sensitive either. It felt like I was there but it was not there when I interacted. If I didn't listen carefully, I wouldn't know it existed at all. There was also an even more bizarre thing that happened to Southern Potato. I took a taxi to this Xi'an Hotel, but I went to the wrong place. I couldn't find the information when I checked in at the front desk. Later, I realized that there was an English word called high-end hotel behind Xi'an, Xi'an DELUXE! It seems that high-end must be added with foreign languages, that's what is called high-end. I really am like a potato turning into gold beans in the city!

I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay! When I was looking for hotels near Harbin High-Speed Rail Station, many reviews for other properties mentioned small rooms. This hotel, however, immediately stood out for its generous space. Considering my daughter needed a place to do her homework, the room we booked was perfect. It featured a long, integrated countertop that served as both a spacious desk and shelving, which was incredibly practical and stylish. The hotel was clearly renovated in 2023; there was no lingering 'new build' scent, and all the facilities were sparkling new. The smart toilet even flushed automatically, a convenient and hygienic touch. The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a truly refreshing experience. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. A subway station is right at the doorstep, and it's just one stop to Harbin Institute of Technology. I also appreciated the unique architectural style of the subway station itself. Cleanliness was impeccable. The housekeeping staff (Ayi) cleaned our room daily, replenished essentials like toilet paper, and we received complimentary bottled water and drinks every day. I particularly loved the natural wood decor, which created a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing ambiance. The staff were exceptional. The front desk personnel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and even the cleaning staff greeted us warmly, adding a lovely personal touch to our stay. In summary, I was highly impressed with both the hotel's environment and its wonderful team! I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic hotel to everyone and hope my review serves as a helpful guide for your booking.

The hotel has a fantastic location, making everything easily accessible. Having traveled quite a bit, we really wanted to avoid the noisy areas near tourist spots that might disrupt our sleep. This hotel's location near Harbin Institute of Technology and not far from Central Street was perfect. Since we were traveling with kids, we didn't bother with the subway and relied entirely on taxis; it's about a 30-minute drive from the airport. Most importantly, it's close to both a morning market and a night market. The morning market is just two blocks away. While Red Brick Street has become incredibly crowded and expensive due to its popularity, the morning market near the hotel is frequented by locals. We even found the best-tasting milk there! While the usual Harbin breakfast recommendations were available, we weren't particularly impressed. Instead, we found great deals on fresh fruit. The Harbin Normal University Night Market is just a short stroll away; our little monsters loved the fried yogurt for two days straight, and there's a Datong Ice Room nearby where we had fantastic *bingfen* (ice jelly). There are plenty of dining options around the hotel. Overall, the location is superb, and it's relatively quiet at night, allowing us to get the best sleep during our trip. On one night, I even had over three hours of deep sleep! The hotel was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If we visit Harbin again, we'll definitely stay here. This isn't a sponsored review; I genuinely recommend it to families traveling with children.

The room is very satisfactory, the hygiene is very good, the service is very thoughtful, love it ❤️ I brought my family here, and when my family needed help, both the front desk and the hygiene service staff were very considerate to help, thank you very much🙏🏻 I stayed for many more days afterwards, and the service was always very thoughtful. Every staff member was professional and humane, giving me a home-like accommodation experience.

I booked Atour for my exam at Harbin Institute of Technology, and the service here was truly excellent. The front desk staff were very gentle and kind (always patient when answering calls). The night before my interview, I needed something printed, and the front desk staff helped me out, which was a huge lifesaver. A special shout-out to those two staff members! Food deliveries were brought up by a robot, the room itself had a great ambiance, and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd highly recommend it!

 I sent a super delicious coconut slice gift package at the front desk, and I delayed it until 5:00 for free. The front desk lady was very good and responsive.  I also sent breakfast to the room. A box of Chinese food and a box of Western food good.
