we have 3 free entry ticket because we book a room, at the entrance there is a shuttle service to and from hotel, you can also leave your luggage while playing around the park, the snow this year is not good unlike last year, they are still making attractions and not yet finish, for the breakfast its limited, I am expecting a lot since it was top hotel,

It is the off-season for tourism now, so the price is relatively affordable, but the overall cost is not low at all. The hotel is located at the junction of Harbin and Acheng. There is no supporting facilities around it, only a bus station, which makes it inconvenient to eat and relax. There are several main buildings of the hotel, but only one is open this year, which is quite desolate. Facilities: The internal structure of the hotel is OK, but the lights are not turned on. The interior of the house is also good, but the disposable items are the supporting facilities of an economy hotel. There is no coffee, welcome fruit, and only two bottles of mineral water. Hygiene: The overall hygiene is OK, and there is dirt in the corners regardless of the room. Environment: The environment is good, but the supporting facilities are too poor. Service: The service is OK overall. There are relatively few breakfast items. What is surprising is that there is a special person to watch the eggs. Each person takes one. The eggs were pulled away by the waiter before they were finished. Maybe they handled it internally.

The room, though clean, looks old, outdated, and could do with some refurbishment. That said, it's a nice hotel and the only hotel opened for stay in Volga Manor. Breakfast was provided at the Chinese restaurant, about a 150m walk from the hotel. The food was reasonable, though variety was limited. There is another restaurant, some 300m from the hotel, serving Russian.Food. Good for dinner with nice ambiance. Winter in Volga Manor is scenic and worth visiting when in Harbin. To have a decent time to enjoy the place, a one night stay is recommended.

滿意點：價格確實很便宜，適合學生黨窮遊，離伏爾加莊園7分鐘車程，衞生間很乾凈，洗澡水很大，冬天洗澡很舒服，房間是地暖，晚上睡覺比較安靜。外面是個類似市集的地方，有吃飯的地兒。不滿意：平台寫的是有窗房間，實際拿到房是無窗房間，有點悶熱，而且説是親子房，實際房間很窄，三個人在加點行李，連走路的地方都沒有，沒有掛鈎，冬天3人進房間一脱衣服，就把桌子堆滿樂，小桌子能放東西的地方很有限。而且地點很偏，到酒店還要走一段路，門前有段很滑的路，坑坑窪窪的。長者路上還摔了一跤。特別提醒：不提供礦泉水，如果自己不帶水的話，酒店裝的自來水煮的水帶鹹味。

The accommodation price is not high. For her historical value, the cost-effectiveness of staying here is super high! Strongly recommend! The service staff cleans every day, and also let the ”little white tiger” that I rolled on the side the night before rest on the pillow. It's so interesting and heartwarming! I came back and started watching ”Cliff” again. There are scenes here! (The TV series is based on the Madiel Hotel, but the actual scene was shot here)

The hotel was in the superb location. It was very close to the Province Museum metro station. It took me about 5min to walk to the station for line 2 and line 1. Line 2 will take you to the most of the famous place such as the Sun Island, the Ice and Snow Festival, the Walking street Zhongyang, the Sophia Cathedral square.. The hotel is also near the Hongbo underground shopping center where we can buy a lot of good winter stuffs for the -20°C. The hotel is close to many good restaurants around. Everything is about 5 min walk. Staffs are nice specially Ms Wang who helped us to book for the massage service and call out the taxi to bring us to the Blind massage address. She even use her account to book for us so we can get the very good price. Thanks a lot Ms Wang for your dedicate support. We are so appreciated. The buffet breakfast was nice with a lot of variety for Western and Asian. They changed the menu daily so we dont get sick of it. The only downside is the building was a bit old and dated. The shower ceiling start to be moulded. The water pressure is good and strong. Room temperature can be manually adjusted by our preference. The bed was comfortable to guarantee a good night sleep.The house keeper was doing a good job to keep the place clean. Overall the hotel is a good place to stay if you are not fussy. We were out all day explored in the cold air, we need a good bed to sleep, a hot shower and hot bath to relax, a warm room with a cozy sofa and wake up with a nice breakfast. What's else do we expect ???

They put their hands behind their backs and yelled in the hotel lobby, saying that they would take a ** photo to expose the front desk and sue the hotel. In fact, it was their own problem. When it was time to check out, they told the front desk that they wanted to extend their stay. It happened that the business was good that day and the subsequent rooms were booked out. It’s convenient location, to eat dinner, to see the museum. It’s near to the subway station of 博物馆, just 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast is good. There are many kinds of dishes, bread,sandwiches, salads and fruits. It’s good for foreigners

Convenient to travel, near the accommodation there are restaurants and minimarts, the owner of the accommodation is lovely, from the airport bus to the accommodation is a short walk, next time I will come back to stay again.
