This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

Lovely hotel near to the ice festival so I'm glad that I wasn't too far away from all the sights because it was very cold there. A warm comfortable room and a delicious breakfast.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to Central Street and Sophia Church. Service was excellent, the staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. There was free minibar and also dessert every night. Free ice cream was a nice touch too. We were also given some gifts when we checked out which was very thoughtful. My son found the heated toilet seat helpful in the cold weather. Overall an excellent stay and we will stay there again if we return to Harbin. .

Very satisfied with the hotel overall. Although it is the epidemic and the cold winter, all the staff of the hotel are warm and hospitable. The hotel service staff is very good, the room is hygienic and clean, and the breakfast variety is very good. There are many styles, including Chinese food and Western food. Staff were as friendly & helpful as one would expect at an Atour - even when working over Spring Festival. A major reason I often choose this brand. I had an issue with heating in my room on the first night, but was moved to another as soon as I mentioned it. Once in my 2nd room, heating was no issue. Especially appreciated when it was -32c outside. There isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the metro station is nearby and Snow & Ice World easily accessible from there. There's also a few shops & restaurants nearby, which is handy.
