The hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

Wow! I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. I wish we had been staying longer than our planned two days. Located right next to a subway line, it is in a beautiful part of the city. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything one would need for a stay. It included an iron, fridge, robes, and more. The shower had great water pressure and amenities. I needed a sewing kit and the staff provided it within minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel has an amazing spread and a wide range of foods, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hefei. Receptionist has been very nice and welcoming during arrival and helped us upgrade our rooms. Room service was great as well. We ordered some dishes and delivered to the room less than 30 minutes. Breakfast serves with delicious and amazing food. We are also able to take out some cups of coffee before we head out. AMAZING!!! Room amenities and cleanliness were also very good. Rooms are warm with great views. at least CNN and HBO channels .... the hotel is great. the staff is professionnal and friendly. the swimming pool is clean and quiet. the AC is a bit noisy in the room (just beside the bed) and it has difficulties to reduce the temperature in summer (cold air goes to the 1st floor. i guess it will be the opposite in summer and the 1st floor will be hard to warm. good sound insulation. The duplex is nice and feel like an appartment. i will definitively come back.
