"I had been to the same hotel two or three times last year, it was very good and nice compared to the other hotels I went to on the peninsula. This year I thought the manager changed and I asked do you have a new manager they said no the same one so listen. What I am going to say does not benefit us, the customers, but it is the truth and it must be said that it does not benefit us because the price of the hotel is going up and that is why I say that it does not benefit us the manager this year must have had a terrible inspiration because I saw a completely different hotel nothing to do with all the others I had seen and believe me I have been going 15 years in a row to the peninsula over 6 to 7 times a year vacationing in too many of them I have vacationed what I saw this year I have never seen before in any hotel. That is, from the staff more kind than the reception, incredible from the restaurants, the quality of the meals was on another level. In general, everything was wonderful, I would like to mention one by one the people I interacted with, but it is very difficult epigrammatically, so the meter that is in the Konstantinos restaurant she conducts the orchestra in the restaurant and believe me the manager very well the lady Eva at the reception has served us this is the third time she has served us herself in anything we have asked her the last time she brought us a charger from her house to charge the mobile us down in the pool next to where Artemis is with the skewers, all the guys are very helpful, to whom should I start, everyone is amazing, finally, I want to say a big thank you and well done to the hotel management and especially to the manager, he has managed to do incredibly well...

"The hotel facilities are very good and new, the swimming is a highlight, and the sunset is especially beautiful. The recliners by the pool need to take a seat in the morning, the towels provided by the recliners and the seat covers are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is romantic and the food is delicious. Hotel service staff try their best to provide services, but seems to be insufficient skills, questions can not be answered in time, need patience, etc. Overall very recommended hotel"

"A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family."
"All of the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel."
"Good value for money, but the food is a bit salty and you'll get tired of it if you eat it often. It is far away from the city and is suitable for families to choose for leisure vacation."
"Just absolutely regular resort, nothing special at all. The food is flat and the drinks are very poor. Even if you go to (only one) all-inclusive al a carte restaurant you will get same food as in buffet and some special meals for money. Small crowded pool and no service on the beach. In general, it's rate 3 out of 5, but it's still completely overpriced."

"Breakfast and dinner were very good, and you could also sit outside and relax. There weren't many seats inside, though.
The hotel is divided into two buildings, so you might have to change buildings (across the street) to get to reception or eat your meals. But that didn't bother me. The manager also lends a hand, whether at dinner or at reception late in the evening. All the staff are very polite and take good care of the hotel guests. I was even spoken to in German once or twice.
The staff could have asked me about drinks at dinner, but I'm not deducting a point for that. Perhaps it's intended that hotel guests eat in peace and approach the staff about it themselves.
The beach promenade with several bars is not far from the hotel (a 5-10-minute walk), and kiosks and a bus station (used by both tour operators and public transport on Crete) are just a 3-minute walk away.
The room was nice and had a balcony. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel also has a small pool.
I paid around 100 euros for 3 nights (breakfast and dinner included), and the price is truly unbeatable."
"Room: sea view room was beautifully designed; simple and attractive. Spotlessly clean.
Outside; the pool was also immaculately clean with lots of sun beds and cabanas. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more shade.
Food; the food was fine. Nothing exceptional and a bit pricey compared to the rest of the island but it was ok.
Location; it’s a little way to walk if you want to visit other restaurants but the view is amazing. My photos don’t do it justice. There’s a lovely sea breeze.
Staff; this is where The Nest really shines; every single member of staff was amazing. So friendly, thoughtful and kind. I honestly cannot give enough praise to the staff. They were simply wonderful."

Amazing
GGuest UserIt was a memorable time for us traveling from US as family of four with two kids age 7 and 11. First striking thing was everything was included in the all inclusive price. There were no hidden charges or extra fees for things like ala carte reservations. There were plenty of activities for the kids to keep them occupied. Ice creams and desserts were available all the time. Only downside for us was that we are vegetarians and food options are very limited as Greece goes heavy on meat.
בבלConvenient location, about fifteen minutes from Heraklion and the airport. Located on a quiet and pleasant stretch of beach. The rooms are spacious and equipped. Thinking down to the smallest details. Outstanding user experience. A welcome collaboration with Psaki Restaurant. What made our stay extraordinary is the wonderful service and the kind and dedicated staff. Thank you!
GGuest UserFrom start to finish we had the loveliest holiday, the rooms, pools, food, facilities were all unbelievable. The staff went above and beyond to provide the best possible experience, we stayed in a room with a private pool and could not recommend more! Thank you for making our experience one to remember, we will definitely be back!
GGuest UserWe had a great time, the facilities and service are excellent.
We were disappointed with the food, both the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only food that was tasty and appropriate for the hotel level was the food that was paid extra in the restaurant on the beach/pool.
There is no free drink, the water is sold at a price 13 times higher than in nearby supermarkets.
Even if you arrive very early all the beds in the pools are taken/kept, people keep them even while they go for a few hours to eat/sleep, but the hotel employees, unfortunately, do nothing about it.
AApostolos KaponisAdvantages:1. The personnel all were very friendly from the lobby till the cleaning lady trying to solve all your problems 2. Minimalistic architecture give the space to breath very beautiful decorations Disadvantages: 1. Please don’t go to the restaurants of this hotel overpriced and the food sucks for two person 200 euros for a food that cost less than 20. 2. Rooms we’re comfortable but overpriced for the things that offered.
DDRIEDGERIt’s ok. Sone things are good. Like dinner is a fair price for the smorgasbord style. Breakfast is ok. Not great. But enough. Sufficient. AC does the job in the room. Slow. ButAC in common areas is at 25. For many cultures 25 is warm and puts ion a sheen or sweat still. Not fun to sweat indoors while eating. Prices are high for juices. Smoothies and such. Too bad. And some rules are weird. saying I can’t have my own food or drinks. Etc. sorry. Your a three star hotel. You don’t get to tell me what to do. We are paying for shelter annd accommodations. And we will live as we wish when it comes to basics. Food for thought. Wifi is useless in rooms. Or our room. Travellers need wifi in the modern eta. Simply unacceptable. Staff is ok. Not charming. But willing to try and help. Also: The pool - can’t be used after 6 pm, that’s insane. Travelled all over the world. I have never seen that before. It’s asinine. You leave for the day. Come back. And can’t swim after 6 pm, ridiculous. .
LLeoGoWe spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel. In this hotel we met the most kind, friendly and responsive people of Greece - the hostess of the hotel and her family. We were met very hospitality with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good rest in Crete. Given that we have just left Santorini, the next strike of ferrymen began and we were very excited by the whole situation and confusion.
Great thanks to the hotel owner for her daily joy, good mood and positive.
The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little bit away from the noise itself, i.e. sleep was comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner are quite good, for them separate thanks.
There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit).
The rooms are comfortable, there is everything necessary. The beds are comfortable.
The sea is near, 15 minutes walk.
No regrets have chosen this hotel for a holiday in Crete.
GGuest UserI was waiting more from the hotel… I don’t think the pictures shows exactly what the hotel offer… specially the pools…
Me and my boyfriend had a very bad situation.
We went to a tour in Santorini and the Ferry boat was late on the way back. Our guide called the hotel asking for a late dinner for us and the hotel said they would provide.
When we reached in the hotel we saw that they put our food ON THE FLOOR, close to the room door.
I made a mistake (I assume) I wanted hang out that thing saying “ make up my room” but I choose the wrong side and put there “ do not disturb “
But if our guide called the hotel saying that we were in Santorini of course they could go into the room to put our food in the fridge or keep in at the bar…
I went down and talked to a guy in the repception showed him the picture I attached here and he answered me that was my mistake putting the “do not disturb” at the door and he could do nothing for us, we should eat that food that was on the floor 😱😡. No excuses for this…
On the day after I talked to the manager and she apologized and gave us a voucher for the lunch.
We apologized but I will never forget this situation…
TtommyFor the price of our stay it was well worth it!! Food was good and the all inclusive drinks were a big hit! There was entertainment on one of the nights we were there aswell! The pool was standard but a great vibe :) our room had a great view -one of the best in the resort 👌
DDaria KoshkinaGood day. For the money that we paid for a hotel-hotel worthy! Good, solid repair. Everything is working. Clean toilet. There is everything you need in the kitchen. True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!
