"Description was not correct in terms of facility in the room booked, which I was so unhappy that I expected to have Roten Buro (no roof outside bathtub on the balcony), however it was not, and kept asking trip.com to sort it out but never been sorted. It just made me wasted a lot of time for correspondences between trip.com and myself."

In addition, the Western food reserved for dinner was said to be the default on Ctrip, but I did not choose Western food. Why should I go to a Japanese-style hotel? Maybe they all ordered Western food, but after negotiating for a long time, they changed to Japanese food for one night. I don't know who should be blamed for this problem.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location, less than ten minutes' walk from Izu Atagawa Railway Station. It provides pick-up and drop-off services, which need to be booked one day in advance. The service is super good. I remember that the front desk staff is called Asami, who can understand a little English. From the beginning of check-in, he will carefully introduce every detail that will be encountered in the hotel. Every staff member I met later is super enthusiastic, including the male staff who sent us to the railway station (forgot to see his name), whose English is not bad. You can feel that this country has taken service to the extreme! The room is very spacious, the facilities are relatively new, the functional design is reasonable, and the sea view is unique. The hot springs are divided into indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool listens to the sound of the sea and relaxes to get rid of the fatigue of a day's travel~ The swimming pool downstairs is heated, and many people play in it, and you can drink a free drink~ The booked one meal and two nights is still very convenient in Izu Atagawa, and the taste is really delicious. I stayed for two nights and was reluctant to leave. I recommend everyone to stay here in Izu~

AAgnes LeungThe decoration and services of traditional hot spring hotels may be different in each hotel. Generally, when you visit multiple hot spring hotels, there will be hostesses to take tourists around and introduce the rooms, but this time there was no such service. As for transportation, there are usually shuttle bus drivers holding up the hot spring hotel flag to pick up passengers at Inatori Station during check-in time. The rest of the hardware and software are satisfactory. As for the meal, if you are a Cantonese who likes steamed fish, don't have too high expectations on the alfonsino.

UuralovaPerhaps it will be useful for someone to know more about the location of the hotel. I searched for options by filter for the city of Ito, but this hotel is not there at all. Nevertheless, I do not regret that I did not change my plans and came here. Izu no Ne and several neighboring hotels are located approximately in the middle between the onsen of Atagawa and Katase. You can get here both by local trains with transfers and by the comfortable express Odoriko. And if Ito, where I initially wanted to go, is a lively resort, then this is an excellent option for those who, on the contrary, want to get away from the city. Nearby, in Atagawa, there is a sandy beach where, depending on the season, you can swim. In September it was very warm, although there were decent waves. The Japanese-style room is clean, cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, spacious. The panoramic window overlooks the sea, and the windows face east — you won’t see sunsets anyway because of the mountains, but sunrises in all their glory are guaranteed. I can’t compare with other ryokans, but in terms of service, of course, everything is excellent. Be sure to book with meals — breakfast and kaiseki-style dinner are no less tempting and interesting a reason to come here than the hot springs.
By the way, about the springs: there are both public (men’s and women’s separately) and private baths, indoors and outdoors (also with a sea view). A private bath on the roof must be booked in advance at the reception (at no extra charge), and although I’ve been there a couple of times, it was more convenient to just go to the public one whenever you want. The baths are closed at night and during the day from ten to three for cleaning.
It seems that these onsen in general and the hotel in particular are not very popular, and few people come here, but it’s a shame! I would gladly come back here again.

CCCaccaThis trip, the most satisfactory hotel, the room is large, facing the sea to watch the sunrise, complete supplies, hot spring water for bathing in the room, but it takes a while to get hot water, there is a public hot spring upstairs, and I went to the public hot spring to wash in the next few days, it is so convenient, the open-air hot spring on the top floor is used alternately by men and women, I experienced it at night and in the morning, it is more comfortable than indoors, the room environment is quiet, the sleep quality is good, the self-service beverage area on the second floor is not open 24 hours a day, the shuttle bus to and from Beichuan Station has a schedule, and there is a phone number in the picture below, you can call a car to pick you up when you come back at night, otherwise it will be more difficult to walk with the luggage, the front desk can speak English, there is also a handsome Chinese guy, not every day, it should be noted that the restaurants and supermarkets here close early and there are few, later we would buy some food on the way back every day, otherwise we would go hungry 😂 The internet celebrity's Heigen Rock Bath is free for guests staying in surrounding hotels, you must experience it, it is better to experience it yourself than to read other people's comments, it is really an unforgettable trip, I have been missing it these days since I came back
