Hotels near Veritas Bespoke in Ho Chi Minh City

Located right smack in the middle of District 1. You can walk to Vincom mall in 3min. Opera house is 5min walk away. There’s a few restaurants around the hotel too. Convenience store is around the corner too. The room is big and the kitchen area is great too. For the price and location, I don’t think there’s any better at this range. Will definitely stay here again.

But everything else was ok. I was very pessimistic given the bad reviews that I have read. But I was VERY surprised. The receptionist did speak English and helped with my luggage. The room was as pictured. There was even hot water. There was no drinking water provided though but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

I booked Spring House for 2 nights mainly based on the reviews on this site and the Lonely Planet travel guide which said it was a good location and value for money. I contacted the hotel via e-mail, and I'm glad they responded quickly and enthusiastically. The hotel had already arranged for a car to pick us up at the Ho Chi Minh City airport (at an additional cost), but it took us an extra 15 minutes to find their receptionist, which was disappointing. He was sitting far away from the passenger exit, with the pick-up sign on his lap. I didn't see him all the time, and finally found him when I was about to take a taxi in desperation. We stayed in a first level room, the room was clean and comfortable, a decent size with a large window with a great view of the city, but that's about it. Its location is the most commendable, the hotel is adjacent to all the high-end shopping areas and malls, and it is only a few steps away from famous attractions such as the President's Palace and the Red Church. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and while it's not a feast, it's plentiful and tasty. There are several computers available for guests to use. The service at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful, very considerate of my elderly father. There is a very steep staircase at the entrance of the hotel. Every time we went up and down the stairs, someone would immediately come up to help my dad. They are very thoughtful in this regard. I'm so glad I chose this hotel, it's a great value for money compared to the sky-high prices of other hotels. While the setting wasn't great, it was just what we needed - clean and comfortable, and a great location!! However, my impression of the hotel has gotten better and better after this.

This hotel room blew me away! Impeccably clean, it felt like a cozy haven. The shower was a spa-level experience – hot water on demand, fantastic pressure. Everything was in top-notch condition, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend for a delightful and rejuvenating getaway! 👏

Roseland Sweet Hotel is a value for money hotel; and there would be many other similar hotels easily found online. But what made Roseland stand out was one of their staff Kiet Anh, who is a bellboy, front desk, concierge all rolled into one. The week I was there, he was working everyday and all hours, I practically see him all the time whenever i'm at the lobby, whether I am going out or coming back. His bright, cheerful and friendly demeanour plus his very personal touch is on par with the service found only at the 5 or 6 star hotels. He was what made the difference for me staying at Roseland; which otherwise would be a good but pretty average hotel. Roseland is indeed very fortunate to have employed a staff like him; and given time and the right grooming would make an excellent management personnel in the hospitality industry. My choice of hotel will still be Roseland for my next coming trip, but only if Kiet is there. Thank you Kiet, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable; and thanks for helping me send my cracked handphone for repair; you really saved my life!! See you soon!

Very old & tired room, mouldy bathroom, tap water. Our standing shower water didn't run smoothly, always got flooded and takes a while to drain out the water. Good point is their location is perfect for muslim traveller, whole stretch of the street opposite of halal muslim restaurant. Situated at the well known Malaysian street. Helpful staff assisting us with our luggage upon arrival & check out. Friendly staff (the guy with a spec) who checked us in. Do take note hotel doesn't have any universal adaptor & therefore we had to purchase 1 from the shop outside. And only 1 lift to accommodate hotel guests access to every level which runs really really slow. Restaurant place for breakfast is really small to accommodate the huge crowd. We came down at 630am and the place is really crowded. Halal breakfast with varieties of choice to eat. Before coming here, I heard Aluna has revamp the hotel but sadly not really clean and really outdated room. Maybe a pass for this.

I arrived at dawn on a backpacking trip and stayed in a 4-person dormitory room to sleep for a while until the morning. The accommodation itself was very nice and I was very satisfied. Compared to bunk bed dormitories, the bed was hotel-style, so it was comfortable, and the curtains were good, so personal privacy wasn't bad. A bit like a Japanese capsule hotel? However, there was a feeling that the storage space was a bit lacking around the bed except for the large locker. Also, the thing that came to be lacking the most was that hot water did not come out. I thought it wouldn't come out because it was dawn, so I washed it and waited for the next day, but it didn't come out the next day either, so I took a cold shower. However, it was not completely cold water because it was Southeast Asia, but it was cold enough to take a shower. Anyway, it is positively evaluated for being able to check in early in the morning.

Awesome place! Great location, close to everything. It's a brand new hotel, it just opened. It has a brand new washer & dryer to use, so you don't have to take your laundry anywhere. Huey, the owner was super cool & helpful. Don't think twice just book it, you'll be glad you did! I give it 5 stars. Best place i stayed in all of Vietnam. Thanks Huey, Matt from Denver, Colorado

Located in Japan Street, District 1. Very lively. Go downstairs and turn a corner. It’s Japan Street. Very convenient. Going to the pedestrian street. Department stores are very close. The room was pretty good too. The service staff are very kind. Very smooth. Affordable hotel

Stayed for a week. Warm and friendly staff, large room, beautiful, LED TV, wifi, jacuzzi? ! Wow! ! Too full! My child likes it very much. The location is even more superb, very close to the iconic shopping market, where there are many performances during the day and night. There are a lot of halal food behind the hotel. Recommend their milk coffee, so delicious. If you come again, will definitely stay here again. Be careful with taxis, except for Vinasun, because they will detour.
