An absolutely perfect stay, with outstanding service and facilities. Our room boasted stunning harbor views, perfect for watching the sunset, and breakfast offered a magnificent panorama of Victoria Harbour. The service and overall experience are truly first-class in Hong Kong. The hotel's pool and spa facilities are exceptionally good; I'd definitely love to experience them again on my next visit. We even received a lovely little lion souvenir.
The only minor drawback was the poor soundproofing of the room doors; corridor noises were very audible. Fortunately, there wasn't much foot traffic in the hallway, so it was generally quiet. However, the hotel really ought to consider improving the soundproofing in the future. Additionally, the beautiful view would unfortunately be obscured if it rains or if the sky is cloudy.

Surreal location and spectacular views. I would recommend to spend the extra for a corner suite, ideally south west corner to enjoy both Hongkong Skyline and sunset over Lantau island.

This is a really old hotel. The views and dining are definitely A-level, but the service is very inconsistent. The ladies at the front desk were super nice, one of them spoke excellent Mandarin. The cleaning lady was lovely and even gave us two chocolates. However, the female breakfast manager was incredibly rude (she seemed to be from Hong Kong), a stark contrast to the male manager. The chefs at the egg station, noodle station, and snack bar were all super, super nice and accommodating, even if they didn't speak Chinese, their English was good.

I rarely write reviews anymore; the more hotels I stay in, the fewer truly exceed my expectations. However, my recent stay in an executive room at the Ritz-Carlton absolutely deserves a thorough review.
The hotel has been open for a while and is located in the International Commerce Centre (ICC). It offers convenient transportation and shopping. The hardware is well-maintained, and the room layout is standard. It's likely the tallest hotel in Hong Kong, boasting first-class views and excellent cleanliness and hygiene. The food ingredients are superb, and the various complimentary amenities on the executive floor are genuinely useful and appreciated.
But what truly stands out is their service, especially Lena from the executive floor. From the moment I checked in, I felt her warmth and meticulous attention to guests. Learning it was my family member's birthday, she kept surprising us with thoughtful gestures. Even with a small misunderstanding, we communicated smoothly despite my broken English and her proficient Mandarin. The chef in the Executive Lounge also interacted with guests about the dishes and flavors.

For my second visit to Hong Kong, I once again chose to stay at The Ritz-Carlton. My first two days unfortunately coincided with Hong Kong's black rainstorm. The hotel's restaurant, Tin Lung Heen, offered a wonderful ambiance, and I was extremely satisfied with the entire dining experience there. Review from a 10-year hotel industry veteran - The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong:
**Pros:**
1. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui's tallest building, the location is excellent.
2. The high-floor experience was a highlight.
3. The concierge on the ground floor proactively took my luggage and delivered it to the guest room.
**Cons:**
1. The pillows in the room were very uncomfortable. There was no in-room guide or staff to provide an orientation.
2. Staff at the transfer elevators were scarce, and those present seemed to show preferential attentiveness to foreign guests.
3. I booked a sea-view room, but the view was not facing Hong Kong Island, and the windows were quite dirty!
4. Due to the disappointing experience, I booked the W Hotel next door for the second night and checked out of The Ritz at 11 AM. Later that evening, at the W Hotel, I realized I had left a suit jacket behind in my room at The Ritz. My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, was a mixed experience. The location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient for transportation and shopping, with an abundance of dining, entertainment, and activities nearby. However, the decor felt dated, much of the furniture showed significant wear and tear, and the facilities seemed old, which didn't quite match the hotel's luxury positioning. What was even more frustrating was that around 7 AM the next morning, the fire alarm suddenly blared. We rushed downstairs, only to be told by the front desk that it was triggered by steam from another guest's water heater. After that, I couldn't get back to sleep, and it really put a damper on my mood. (When checking out, the hotel mentioned they would offer a room upgrade for my next stay. I'm not sure if that will actually happen, but I'm making a note here.)

One of the best hotels. Gorgeous views from a great height. Breakfast on the 103rd floor, gym and pool on the 118th floor. The price is high, but it's worth it for 1-2 days.

The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong is in ICC building occupy the top floor. Theres mall, bus terminal, and MTR. So convenient. View to victoria harbour is amazing.

I booked a harbour-view room at the Ritz-Carlton for an old friend of mine, who came to visit me for a few days just before the Mid-Autumn Festival. It was her first visit to Hong Kong, and she could not have been more impressed by the breath-taking vista of Hong Kong island and Victoria Harbour from her window on the 109th floor! Needless to say, the quality of everything from the facilities to the service was absolutely top notch! I will definitely book again for friends visiting the city in the future. 100% recommended!

Great view with amazing facilities, little bit difficult to get there as you need to walk a bit to the hotel from the MRT (which takes ~15mins) especially inconvenient after a long day. Alternatively you can grab a cab to ICC.
All was fine except during the day while you are out, the room can condensate a bit.
