The room was very clean. It was white and shiny. Not a stain on the floor. Even when the air conditioner was turned off, there was still wind. The room we were originally assigned had low-frequency noise, which forced us to change rooms at 11pm. The beds in the rooms were quite small. But the hotel would add an extra bed. An older male waiter served afternoon tea in the restaurant. His attitude was particularly friendly. I must give him a real name. The breakfast did not proactively say that there were a la carte dishes. Fortunately, I read the reviews and knew that there were. The overall service attitude was good. But it should be equipped at this price.

Ctrip's room voucher is very cost-effective and worth buying. Email in advance to communicate about the room upgrade (although I don't know exactly what was upgraded), the difference between premium and deluxe is not particularly obvious. The location is average. If you have large luggage, you need to consider the distance from the subway station. The service staff is very professional. You can wait in the lobby to check in. The account manager will accompany you throughout the check-in. The breakfast is small and beautiful, with four dishes to choose from and the rest are self-service. The dining environment is quiet, the air conditioning is slightly low, and you can bring a long sleeve. The room size is indeed small compared to the mainland, and the bed is also slightly small, but it is enough to rest after traveling at night. The bathroom is transparent and the toiletries show taste.

The room was cleaned very well! The room was new and the equipment was good. Bottled water was put away in time every day! The buffet in the morning was very rich and varied! The hotel staff was very nice. They prepared umbrellas for us and called taxis on rainy days! Very good, thumbs up👍

The location is very good! And the neighborhood is also very lively! As soon as we entered, we met Holly with a very nice attitude! It can be said that it was the warmth of my trip to Hong Kong! Very enthusiastic and speaks Chinese very well! Later, one of his male colleagues, Larry (sorry for losing your business card), was also very nice. I really want to praise these two! The aunt who helped us get an upgrade and brought us to the room, and then the hotel helped deliver things to the room was also very enthusiastic and complimentary! It is highly recommended for accommodation! Breakfast was delicious! I ordered the waffles and wonton noodles recommended by Holly and they were great! Later, I added some wontons instead of noodles! The only good thing about this trip was staying in this hotel! Needless to say, other people on the road are terrible! Another thing I want to say is why your hotel’s breakfast service staff can’t understand Chinese very well! I really don’t like that they have to speak English exclusively and fail to understand my request! Obviously they are all Chinese don’t understand!

The hotel has been renovated and the style is different. But it still has a bit of smell. The hotel has a good air purifier. The breakfast variety is a bit limited, but it is quiet with few people. Egg tarts were also given when checking out.
