I love this new stylish hotel! Room is big everything is so nice including the staffs from the bellboys especially the filipino one so helpful and polite always, the front desk officer who is very considerate and helpful to us I forgot to ask for his name but thank you so much for your kind assistance and graciousness for upgrading our room because we arrive so early and we are so tired. The bar Avoca is superp too! So stylish and the drinks and food were fantastic, I want to commend Hazel for being so informative with explaining the menu and drinks so entertaining, and the bartender Rolph you guys are the best! Looking forward to stay again, we had a really great time staying, we had the best sleep we love you bed, amenities, the bathroom, the view is so awesome!!! Everyday our room is so clean and tidy could not ask for more! Will recommend you guys to my friends who’s going to HK. Till next time! :)

Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

This hotel is brilliant location and is surrounded by great restaurants. This is one of the first hotels I stayed in when I came to HK and stayed here multiple times over the last 3 months. Travelling with a new born made stress free with this hotel. Both sides of the hotel are nice but preference is the prestige side. Great staff and great hotel.

It’s kind of my hk home before Covid, I have stayed in the same hotel almost 10 years so it’s kind of refreshing experience to stay in this hotel again, since I wanted to see if our company should continue to make the contract and stay there, and the staff is still very friendly and upgrading me to the higher floor corner suite and the breakfast changed to «  à la carte » but still preferred the old way of buffet that you have enjoy all kind of flavor from morning as usually we will be super busy for the fair, no time to eat lunch in the stand. In general, the quality is still good and the room still maintained in a good way, the location is the best for everything close, easy to shop and enjoy the dinner as the is newly opened French oyster bar in front!!!’ We have booked our rooms for next hk fair in March and hope everything will be good!!!

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the Kowloon Bay Area. Shopping centers are just a quick 5-10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of food choices right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is nice and offers good guest service as you walk in. Maggie Ng was very helpful with my luggage and extremely polite. The rooms are nice, but nothing over the top. The room was clean, spacious and had all toiletries and clean towels provided. The one thing they can add in the rooms are an iron and an ironing table. I did get the smaller room, so it is possible that bigger rooms come with the ironing set. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Empire Prestige Hotels

Great stay! Couple stay with 2 huge luggage bags plus many shopping bags as well, and the room is spacious enough to accommodate. It’s clean and coffee, tea and water are provided. Highly commendable on their services and staffs are exceptionally nice and friendly. Location wise, it’s so convenient. Less than 10 mins walk to K11 and TST station. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the stay and will be back for sure!

- Location is very good, easy to get to Jordan station never had to use a taxi. A lot of shops and restaurants all around. You can walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and the K11. U - Clean but small. The room is very small there is no cupboard space. The shower pressure is very good but bathroom is very small as well. There is no soap to wash your hands. - the service is good, front desk is helpful with inquiries. The cleaning staff is also very nice and accommodating. - the hotel lacks the amenities of other ramada chain hotels. The quality standard is definitely lower, however it’s all worth the price relative to other hotels in HK that meet the same standards.

Came here with friends to participate in the Hong Kong Marathon. We booked a four-person room. The space is large enough for the core area of ​​Tsim Sha Tsui where land is at a premium. I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

Many Hong Kong residents are unethical and never clean up their personal garbage and food waste after using the public kitchen. Instead, the next user has to clean it up for them. We try one night in Dadal Hotel on week end. But it was totally different what we see in the advertising! First the price was not cheap. We have to paid over HKD 1,000 for one night! We stay with 4 person's room two adults and two kids. The room not big enough and the bath tower are not clean and old. Regarding the service they are not professional and I may say no service at all. Only the location was in center of kowloon that's all. If anyone want to try this hotel must be take time to consideration!!

This stay over was only for a few hours between a flight and a train. The hotel isn't far from the train station which made it very convenient. Additionally, it is near many bars and restaurants that were open really late and we were able to get a meal at 1am after many hours of flying. There are also 7 elevens nearby, foot massage places and an ATM which is extremely important if you're needing to take a cab. The manager was kind enough to help call us a cab in the morning and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. I will certainly be back the next time I'm in the area.

I think this price is worthy of the service and environment of this hotel. We went there early and could not check in. The grandfather at the door was very kind to help us store The luggage is also enthusiastically introduced. It’s super awesome. We brought a converter at the time, which was not enough. The grandfather at the hotel’s front desk also lent me a door. It’s really great. Next time I go to Hong Kong, I will choose this hotel.
