IIvan188We booked two rooms for two nights and were quite satisfied overall with our stay.
The location and environment are impeccable. Any concerns about outdated facilities were completely unwarranted; their daily maintenance is incredibly meticulous, easily outperforming many 'new' hotels in China that are already over five years old.
The attention to detail in their service was particularly impressive. From the proactive room assignments to the helpful departure service, everything truly highlighted the hotel's commitment to excellent service. The only area for improvement would be the staff at the breakfast buffet; I hope they can treat all guests equally, without differentiating between Asian and Western visitors.
I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at the OP Marriott and it turned out to be a fantastic family weekend. Even with the Black rainstorm warning, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. I want to give a special shout-out to Simon Ng from the Front Office. He handled my check-in without a hitch and surprised me the next morning by recognizing me at breakfast venue. When we checked out, he personally came over to say goodbye and make sure we had a great stay. I know the hotel is a popular resort and can get busy, but Simon's service really stood out and exceeded my expectations. We also enjoyed the Thai-themed buffet dinner at the Pier Lounge and Pier Bar, and had some nice, relaxing time by the pool. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and a great spot for a family weekend!

GGuest UserThis hotel was everything. The room was beautiful, view was magnificent, hospitality top tier and the shuttl complementary was very convenient. I wanted to extend my stay by four days but one of the dates in the middle wasn’t available. Very sad. Every other hotel I went to after this was a downgrade. I’d recommend it 10/10!

GGuest UserWe just spent a lovely weekend at this hotel and overall, we were very impressed. It's a fantastic choice for a modern and convenient getaway.
First, the positives, which are numerous:
Stylish & Modern: The design is absolutely beautiful. The lobby and rooms are decorated with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that feels both luxurious and welcoming.
Unbeatable Location: The location is perfect. It's just a short walk from the main public transportation hub, making it incredibly easy to get around without a car. We loved being steps away from great restaurants and cafes. The biggest bonus was the immediate access to different water sports—being able to just walk out and go kayaking was a highlight.
Top-Notch Facilities: Everything feels brand new. The gym was well-equipped, the common areas were spotless, and we really enjoyed the pool area.
Excellent Staff: Every staff member we interacted with, from check-in to housekeeping, was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. They really made us feel well taken care of.
There were, however, two noticeable issues that held us back from a 5-star rating:
Poor WiFi: The WiFi was consistently slow throughout our stay. It was fine for checking emails but struggled with anything more data-heavy, like streaming or uploading videos.
Faulty In-Room TV: The LCD TV panel in our room was not working properly. The right side of the screen was noticeably dark, which made watching anything quite frustrating.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel's strengths in design, location, and service far outweigh the technological drawbacks. We would definitely consider staying here again,

The buffet restaurant located adjacent to the hotel was very nice and had a discount for hotel guests. I would definitely go back.

AAnastassI’d not say that the hotel is the best, but it’s nice. I had everything what I needed, but the AC was very noisy in my room. The beautiful sea view made me happy.
Morning breakfast was nice and delicious. Unfortunately, the restaurant stops serving dinner very early. So, I enjoyed tasting food somewhere else.
I’ve liked walking by the beach, watch some animals and hear birds singing. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing area. There’re many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants.
I’ve just had one night, but I could take a rest.
