This place was OK, nothing out of the ordinary. It was close to where we needed to go so I would stay here again if the price is right.

The hotel is an old hotel, but it is very comfortable, with perfect infrastructure, good service attitude, clean and hygienic.

Location was great but It was just too touristy for me. Everywhere was busy. Next time, I would prefer to stay somewhere a little less touristy. Also, amenities are only open at certain times of the day so you have to move from place to place.

The Doubletree hotel location is not too bad (10 min walk to Royal Hawaiian Center) but the hotel is quite dated. Expect dust on the ceiling, dirty vent, aged facility. Staff are friendly but limited services can be expected since usually there are only 2 FD staff to deal with all things. No hot water for last night I stayed but FD was able to give me a different room to b shower. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and they let us use the Hilton Hawaiian pool (See pic) and that was nice. Overall for the location wise and price wise, I think Doubletree has good value.

Lots of extra charges! Was charged extra too for no reason! Be very vigilant went you are charged during checkout. Hidden charges will suddenly appear! My room was also not made despite me telling them to make my room! The front staff are also not friendly!

The location is excellent. The hotel breakfast tastes good, the egg rolls are rich in ingredients, the restaurant has a good view, there is a gym and swimming pool, and it takes less than half an hour to get to the airport.

I really don't recommend this hotel. First, it's expensive, the room is small, and the sea view room I booked is far from the balcony. Second, the service is basically zero. Third, they charged me resort fees, but I didn't enjoy the resort services at all. Fourth, they overcharged me taxes after pre-authorization, and I contacted Ctrip and they helped me to refund it. However, apart from these unsatisfactory things, Hawaii is worth a visit! P.S./Ctrip's service is very good and can solve problems quickly

The room is big, the hygiene is OK, the service is OK, the concierge is very enthusiastic, and they will greet you when you come in and out. The location is also good. There is bus No. 20 from the airport and a direct bus to Diamond Head. It is not far to walk to Ala Moana, and almost all shopping needs can be met in the mall here. I like the green space outside the breakfast room window the most, it is very comfortable! Their cookies are also delicious, I have to eat one every day!

The decoration style is simple and elegant. The room hygiene is impeccable, and every corner is spotless. The smart facilities are very considerate, and the lights and curtains can be easily controlled. The gym is fully equipped, allowing me to maintain daily exercise. In addition, the hotel service is really amazing, the staff are responsive, patient and thoughtful. Next time I travel, this hotel will still be my first choice!

It is about a 10-minute walk from Waikiki Beach. The best thing is the breakfast, which is good and you can enjoy the view while having breakfast. Enjoy!
