Hotel was huge, couple of things that really disturb me:
1. Toilet were old and it stinks of damp
2. There were no window to open for fresh air evening time it really gets hot the room needs fresh air to circulate, I had to open the doors to get fresh airs.
3. The most disturbing thing that occurred when there were cleaners and other stuff came in the room without knocking the door there were no display to put outside when the room was occupied I stayed there for 2 nights the stuff just gets in with their master keys. Very unprofessional.
4. There were no bottles of water at the table normally when I enter most hotels there was water but this one there were nothing.
5. Make sure you bring along your charger for your mobile, normally hotels have USB this days.
Other then that receptionist was friendly to give her charger.

My husband and I went there for a one night getaway and was not disappointed. The room was clean with beautiful wide windows which overlooked the front of the hotel where we could hear the fountain bubbling in the evening. The main star of the night was the hotels restaurant, however. The food was impeccable. My husband and I eat in cuisine on a regular basis and this was the best Indian we have ever had. The prawns were the best I’ve ever tasted and the garlic naan was simply divine. Harry who served us was fantastic but also a very lovely man.

Our stay at Warbrook House was very comfortable. We met manager Mr.Rohan there, who welcomed us very nicely and introduced himself to all of us. He was so kind and humble. Rohan did his best to make our stay more memorable. Truly saying he is a true asset to the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Keep up the good work Rohan. Hoping to see you next year again here at Warbrook House for our holidays .

We stayed at Warbrook for 2 nights. It was absolutely fantastic stay. Would like to thanks Rohan for always being there for us during our stay. Rohan not only gave us the good room in Manor house also he helped us with our other requests too. He is so helpful. You are a true rockstar. The Clove Indian restaurant was amazing food was lovely . Grounds were amazing with deers and ducks around. The setting of hotel is lively .

Grounds are absolutely stunning and the staff are great. Enjoyed a glass of wine and a bowl of chips in the bar. Breakfast was amazing even though it is a buffet. My room was clean and so was the bathroom. What really let this hotel down was that at 2100 last night the fire alarm went off as someone was smoking in their room. There was no attempt to ensure that residents had evacuated and nothing was done to get rid of the smell… it was still strong this morning.

We booked Warbrook House for our 50th Wedding Anniversary, for a family party of 19. Callum was our host and was excellent as we were the other staff on duty. He was attentive to our needs, nothing was too much and no delays in food to our family group or other requests. He was an excellent ambassador for Warbrook House and we would recommend both to anyone wanting to book an event. This is a brilliant venue with spacious rooms, great grounds to walk around, and staff that make it it easy and well run.

I recently was a guest at The Warbrook House for an off-site Senior manager meeting. I would like to take the opportunity to extend my thanks for a wonderful experience and stay. The accommodations, food and facilities were lovely. I especially enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies at the coffee bar. In addition, I would be remiss if I did not take the time to highlight the exceptional service I received from Libby at reception. I had called prior to my arrival with some questions and requests, and Libby assisted me on that early Sunday morning with the information I required and noted on my account the request I had made. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted with acknowledgement the requests on my account were in fact noted and granted. Later, on the day of arrival I had the pleasure of being greeted by Libby who recalled my name and conversation, following up with me to ask if I needed any further assistance. I found Libby to be an asset to my enjoyable experience, and to The Warbrook House. It is the little things in service that make a Big difference, and Libby’s delivery and execution helped make my Warbrook House experience one I will recommend to others.
