The hotel room is quite large, with a stove, microwave, and washing machine. There is no breakfast. There is a subway station nearby. There are only 2 subway stops to the destination. Most of the guests are black.

This was an overnight trip. The hotel basically served as a place to sleep. The price and location were great. I would stay there again.

No plates, no pans, but a dishwasher and stove! Refrigerator did not work. Broken couch in room we smo ved to that had a working refrigerator. Rude staff when informing them of these issues. Heard many complaints from others called int front desk while we were there. Customer service and
care for patrons is seriously lacking.

I wished I’d took pictures of the first room. We checked in around 930. Room 225. Door was open and beds we not made. Then switched rooms to 134. Said it was a non smoking room but could clearly smell the smoke. Woke up face a bit swollen and snotty due to being allergic to the smoke.

Room had roach traps throughout.....plus we found live bugs. Asked to switch rooms. We were given room with unworking toilet. Told that plumber would fix next day which did not happen. Had to switch rooms again. The 2nd service person was very good, empathetic. Disappointed since past stays here have been good.
