酒店非常滿意，剛好位置在遊客中心，停車乘大巴非常的方案。入住當天上午酒店還給我們打電話説有接站服務，到了酒店一看裝修，衞生也是相當滿意！！！前台小姐姐也是有找必回，如果各位想在華山腳下入住的真心推薦這家

訂好房間後聯繫了老闆，七點之前可以車站接送的，名宿環境不錯，可能是淡季的原因，老闆給升級了大的房間，棒呆了，早餐也是老闆親自下廚煮的麪，棒呆

停車場是土路，華山遊客集散中心，人多車多，停車相對方便，但是停車場的保安很不友好，對於初來乍到的我們沒有一點耐心，我們問停到哪裡，保安怒斥我們，為什麼聽不懂他們説話，試問難道我們出來旅遊還需要先學習當地方言嘛。保安説的都是地方口音，沒有普通話，我們怎麼能一遍聽懂呢？退房時前台無人，撥打電話後店主説把房卡放在前台就可以，並且説停車免費，如果車場保安有問題就給她打電話，當時説的話真暖心，但是當我們被攔在停車桿出不去時，外面都是大巴車堵着，車場也沒有人值守，我撥打電話給民宿店主時，對方説她管不了，也管不了保安，玩命推脱責任，其實我們也沒有過分的要求，你下樓看看或者問問保安都可以，入住和退房的待遇真的不一樣，真的是一鎚子買賣，但是你們做民宿生意的難道不在乎口口相傳，熟人推薦嗎，最後我們等了半天，人生地不熟的我還帶了兩個70歲的長者，正好有一個大巴車需要出車場，我跟着就出來了，拉黑這家店，再來華山也不會選擇這裏，希望旅行的朋友慎重選擇。

睡在床上總感覺有東西咬，床單上有沙，原來是這被子臟成這樣子，我也是非常無語，住了這麼多地方，最差就是這裏的衞生，他們連續二十幾個好評不知道怎麼來的
