[對於房東，我想説]房東熱情，告知周圍便利程度，周圍有啥好玩的。
[民宿給我的小驚喜]陽台的風景簡直太好了，一望無際的海，加上天氣正好，的確很舒服。

離海非常近，房子裝修非常漂亮。業主服務非常好，很熱情且專業。第一次體驗就覺得非常滿意，確實是來放鬆的好地方，今後會常來的。可以算是實至名歸了，會推薦給朋友的！

房間設施齊全，乾淨典雅，家電用的都是大品牌，30樓海景房，陽台能俯瞰整個沙灘，視野很好，整個小區裏的環境也不錯，小孩子特別喜歡裏面的小童樂園。房東人很好，提前做好向導，還把自己的私家車位提供給我們停車，性價比很高，下次來還住這家

房間很舒適，乾淨，房東老闆也太熱情了，本次是帶着孩子一起出來散心旅行，樓下有小童遊樂設施，幾步路到海邊，簡直是為我和孩子量身打造的旅遊地！整體裝修風格偏貴氣，白菜價，體驗不一樣的居住體驗！！！還有一定要強調一下喲，我很多朋友都説民宿沒服務，這個老闆真的很不一樣，服務簡直5顆星！因為沒做攻略，對這邊不熟悉，老闆很耐心很耐心的推薦各個好吃好玩兒的地方給我，訊息秒回～感覺像私人管家～哈哈哈哈哈大讚～各位小夥伴千萬不要錯過喲！

昨天10/2晚上入住的。首先，房東人很好，去之前就主動聯繫我，發了很詳細的入住指南，很貼心！其次，房間挺大，我們一家三口（3個大人）住得很舒服。房間兩張1.5大床，美式復古風格，浴室廁所乾濕分離。而且陽台外面就是十里銀灘的海和沙灘，下樓即到。國慶假期這個價錢真是很讚了！十里銀灘的開發也很成熟，假期除了人多，其他都很好。推薦！
