"The security of the apartment is pretty good. You have to swipe a card to enter the door, but the hygiene inside is not good. There is a supermarket, convenience store, and McDonald's downstairs. The overall location is okay, but the hygiene of the hotel is average."

"The hotel is convenient and strategic as it’s located in the town centre and there are many eating places and shops nearby within walking distance. The drawback is the lack of parking as it’s crowded with cars, so we need to drive a few rounds then only we can find a parking area nearby the hotel. The bedsheet was stained, the towel was yellowish and the bathroom door was broken. The television in the room was not working and when requesting to change the room from second floor to first floor but was rejected because I booked online. The receptionist might need to be trained in communication skills, for example, to speak more friendly and smile more often to the customers. I selected the hotel as it’s rated 5 in the review but feeling soooooo much disappointed when I checked in the hotel."

"The staff is very polite in treating this elderly aunt. Almaklum xlarat stood up for a long time so sat on the sofa. Large spacious room. Clean. The most important thing is that the breakfast is delicious even if the menu is simple. It's just the location in front of the hospital 🚑🚑🚑 even 💤😴 is disturbed because aunt 👂🏼 leech 🤣🤭

GGuest UserThe hotel is generally great. We stayed for 2 nights here. The pool is marvellous and the family had a lot of fun.
There is a pond with beautiful fishes.
Some things to improve:
1. The tv was not functioning the first time we entered the room. Had to call for room service and wait for them to come.
2. The hotel charges RM5+ for another towel in the room. Been to plenty other hotels, we were never charged for that.
3. There are no indoor slippers.

Kkhtan112001II had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Tenera. The hotel has two buildings: the main hotel and a separate apartment-style building. The photos online show the main hotel, which looks impressive. However, upon check-in, I was told my room was in the apartment building, supposedly larger in size.
Unfortunately, the room was far below expectations:
There was a strong, unpleasant smell when we entered. It only became bearable after running the air conditioning for a while.
The bathroom flooded during use. Maintenance came and removed the drain cover to help the water flow, which should not have been necessary.
The room was not clean, and the balcony glass door couldn’t be locked, which felt unsafe.
Overall, the condition of the room was poor and not what I expected from a hotel of this reputation. I would rate this experience as equivalent to a 3-star stay. I will not be returning and do not recommend it to others.

The standard room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I was especially impressed with the overall service quality – the staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The facilities were well-maintained, and the ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. It’s conveniently located too, which made getting around quite easy.
I’m completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Was great! Not very crowded and easy car parking
ROOM :-
We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay.
STAFF :-
They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service.
LIFT :-
It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up 😅
OVERALL :-
The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine.

MMNS_96Overall for me okay. Cuma yang menjadi kurang okay mula jam 4 pagi bunyi mcm dlm bideo dekat bawah ni. Sampailah ke pagi. Stay dekat 3rd floor. Banyak kali terjaga sebab benda ni. Not stop dekat situ je, pukul 5-6 pagi pulak dengar lagu cabilla cabillo dengan adele nak tido tapi telayan dengan lagu jadi malas nak gerak siot 😂
