Had very bad experience at this resort and not recommend for any one wanted to enjoy the Red Sea. Cleaning and hygiene is zero - staff altitudes are terrible. Won’t go back to Hurghada ever my or my kids .

Hotel is huge, everything is little bit older but in good condition and simple Mediterranean style. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had room cleaning every day. Service is good, all stuff is very friendly. However 90 percent of the guest are Russians and food is adapted for their taste, which means very plain taste, very often without any solt and spices at all. We stayed for 8 days and after 5 I really had it enough of that kind of food. Hotel is full of unattended kids all around, which was very irritating. This hotel definitely isn't 4 star hotel. Huge minus is WiFi. They don't provide it, so we were forced to pay extra 20 dollars for internet which was very bad, slow and we had connection in intervals. What hotel don't provide free WiFi today? Also hotel was overcrowded and we were waiting in lines to enter the restaurant.

Really bad experience, stuff very rude towards the guest , they keep me waiting over 2 hours just because I booked through trip company, they said it’s your fault as you looking for cheaper accommodation next time book through us direct, the toilet the broken.

The service attitude is extremely poor and the rooms are old. I couldn't find the reservation when I made the reservation and deliberately increased the price. When I checked out in the morning, I was told I had lost my card and was charged 300 Egyptian dollars. It was obvious that the staff did not give me another card. In short, this hotel is an Egyptian experience. Worst hotel ever

Cheap and good hotel beach is beautiful

This hotel is quite old. If you just come to play, this hotel is a good choice. After all, three meals a day can be solved in the hotel. If you are very particular about eating, then go out to eat! Because there are more Russian guests in the hotel, many of the food is partial to Russian taste. Local food is also more seafood and beef and mutton. Red Sea, the main thing to play is the sea, go to sea, go to sea, dive... The seaside of the hotel is facing the east, and the sunrise is the most beautiful.

The hotel has 4 stars. And in the standards of Egypt it deserves it. It's fairly clean. The food in the restaurant is well presented and tasty. The breakfast could be more varied but there is plenty to eat. The hotel has such a medieval style, so despite the fact that it is already old, small damaged furniture, doors and the like fit into the a**osphere. Imaginative. Lots of comfortable sun loungers. Lots of sea. Few pools. There is a piece of the reef. The vendors on the site are not intrusive. I missed coffee and tea in the restaurant during lunch and dinner. Generally, you can safely come. Although you can see some savings due to the situation in the world. And ... and renovations are underway. So they will improve.

Very good hotel, food was quite good. Too bad some are privileged over others at the reception of the hotel.

Very nice view rooms could be cleaned abit batter but overall it’s fair to say they were liveable The food was a no go spent most days without food on a all inclusive holiday
