I liked it, and it would be even better if the restaurant improved.

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The service was good. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us about the extensive renovations, so the drills and other noises significantly disturbed our relaxation. The service was super, the staff deserve a medal!

Had very bad experience at this resort and not recommend for any one wanted to enjoy the Red Sea. Cleaning and hygiene is zero - staff altitudes are terrible. Won’t go back to Hurghada ever my or my kids .

Hotel is huge, everything is little bit older but in good condition and simple Mediterranean style. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. We had room cleaning every day. Service is good, all stuff is very friendly. However 90 percent of the guest are Russians and food is adapted for their taste, which means very plain taste, very often without any solt and spices at all. We stayed for 8 days and after 5 I really had it enough of that kind of food. Hotel is full of unattended kids all around, which was very irritating. This hotel definitely isn't 4 star hotel. Huge minus is WiFi. They don't provide it, so we were forced to pay extra 20 dollars for internet which was very bad, slow and we had connection in intervals. What hotel don't provide free WiFi today? Also hotel was overcrowded and we were waiting in lines to enter the restaurant.

The hotel is nice and suitable for families with children. It has its own lagoon and coral reef, where you can find almost every kind of fish, which is a plus. The food selection is wide, but mostly monotonous. The grilled beef is especially delicious; you won't go hungry. The sea-view rooms are wonderful, though they need some attention.

It was an unforgettable experience. The accommodation wasn't exactly as pictured, but the location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and tourist attractions. The food and restaurant were impeccable, 5 stars, and the staff were 100 stars – I have nothing but praise. I recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Worse than expected. The room facilities are old, there is no elevator and no WiFi, which are common problems in the local area. However, there are too many white people. The all-inclusive package is meaningless. There are too many people at meal times and the food quality is too poor. There is no beach at the beach. It is really embarrassing that the price is neither good nor bad (the beach in Figure 3 is the one next door).

The hotel has a beautiful coral reef, this is its big advantage. Good water slides for children. You have to look hard for tasty food, there are a lot of people. The views from the room are beautiful, the rooms are so-so, sometimes the door does not close well, sometimes the air conditioner is noisy. There are not enough rugs in the rooms, so as not to drag sand into the room. The animation is boring, the program has been stuck in the past for 10 years. For a family with children, the hotel is ideal. But for a couple who want to relax, not so much.

The hotel has improved since two years ago. The buildings are being renovated (the beach can be noisy during the day). For a small deposit in your passport upon check-in, you'll get a renovated room; rooms without renovations are quite dated. Room cleaning is almost nonexistent; if necessary, you need to clearly explain what exactly needs cleaning, change towels, etc. And give money, as always in Egypt. The food is varied and delicious now, juices are powdered, coffee is all instant, tea is only in black tea bags. I haven't tried any alcohol.

Typical Egypt with its typical nuances. There's a high turnover of people; to eat, you have to try to find a place inside, and if outside, you have to manage to eat before the crows eat your food. The food selection is average, as is the quality (my tummy was pretty upset after my last dinner). I stayed in the "new" building, 6232. It's the very last building on the left side of the sea pool. As far as I know, compared to the old building, it's Luxury. I had virtually no complaints about the room. The lights worked, the air conditioning worked, the shower/toilet worked. The linens didn't feel fresh at all, though... There were ants wandering around the refrigerator, but that must have been something the previous guests left for them to eat. The room was superficially cleaned; beach sand from previous guests remained during my stay and never disappeared. The staff were top-notch! On beer since 10:00 and with the vibe of the 2000s)) It's perfectly fine to hang out for three days.

Avoid this hotel. There are no toothbrushes and slippers in the room. I confirmed with Ctrip that these are included. There are no napkins. The toilet paper will not be replenished the next day. The sink and bathtub are full of garbage and hair. Most importantly, I swatted more than 30 mosquitoes in one night! ! ! ! I couldn't sleep at all. There is no elevator. The porter who lives on the third floor was not happy to pay 20 Egyptian pounds and was sarcastic to us. There is no wifi and you have to pay for it. It is said to be all-inclusive, but you have to pay for popcorn. The white people's meal has no other meat dishes except stewed beef and roasted chicken.
