Mike at the Hamilton Bar was the best! After 5 nights of staying at the hotel, I would purposely visit him at the bar because he was so nice and made the best espresso martinis. Great customer service from Mike and the restaurant staff!

We really enjoyed our stay the room and property was very nice but the staff was very on point very helpful and was very professional. But to top it off the General Manager by the name of LaTeefah she is so amazing she always helpful n she made our stay beautiful with her personality and beautiful smile. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Looking at Ctrip's online reviews, I booked a room for two nights. The first impression when I came to the hotel was very good. The waiter at the door was divided into two parts. The service was very professional and enthusiastic. The waiter entered the room and put it in the room. The facilities of the hotel are introduced carefully. It is very warm. The hotel has seven restaurants. We had an American dinner at the hotel that night. The quality of the service and dishes was perfect. The Japanese food at noon the next day was also very exquisite. There are also many surrounding attractions. It is also very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Dallas. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I thought I researched but I was shocked by the 300$ deposit besides that everything was awesome the view the pool and ESPECIALLY the staff….I’ll be more prepared next time. 200 characters is a lot so I’m just gonna ramble now but seriously that infinity pool is awesome and the view from the roof is breathtaking

Our stay was nice , the room was clean and comfy. Only thing is i still haven’t received my 50$ hold back.
