スマホで予約しカードで前払いしていたのに部屋が取れていなかった、予約確認の画面を見せて慌てて部屋を用意したようだった、次回はTrip.comでの予約は使わない

酒店離五色沼非常近，步行6分鐘就可以到了。想去五色沼的住這裏挺好的。（酒店裡也有大巴直接送到五色沼入口的。我大巴時間表放圖片裏了，需要的可以看下）
早餐也挺豐盛的。因為酒店周圍沒啥餐廳，所以衹能在酒店裡吃。可以吃酒店的自助晚餐，或者酒店裡的餐廳，我覺得酒店裡的餐廳也不是很貴，挺便宜的。我們吃了2次，基本上也就300多元出頭一點（2個人吃）。
房間挺大的。酒店有露天温泉。
酒店周圍最近的便利店也是有點距離的，好在酒店裡有個小超市禮品店，買點水啥的，可以在那裡解決。
服務也不錯，總之還是可以的……

食事会場での夕食はうるさくて嫌いなので、朝食のみで予約したが、館内のレストランが「炉端焼き居酒屋」しか選択できなかった。
他に良さそうなレストランは有ったが、休業しているか、予約のみ（事前の予約の方法がわからない）だったのが残念。
「炉端焼き居酒屋」に入ってカウンター席に座ったが、雰囲気や料理は文句無し、会津地酒飲み比べセットが良かった。

客室も浴場も清潔でした。
１点気になったのが、コロナ対策という理由で
アメニティグッズ、浴衣は必要数をゲストが各々取るというスタイルでした。アルコールスプレーが各所に設置されてましたが、多数の人が触るよりホテル人が各部屋に置いてもらった方良かっです。
食事は朝も夜もビュッフェでした。
子供に人気の食べ物のコーナー（フランクフルト、ハンバーグ、唐揚げ等)があり、小さな子供連れにも良かったです。が、それでも未就学児のご飯代には高いかな…と感じました。その他の食事は郷土料理、ステーキなどもあり、どれもとても美味しかったです。

古いホテルですが、接客と清潔感は問題なし。
一番魅力的なところはやはり露天風呂付温泉ですね、最高でした。

夕食なしプランでしたが、周りに飲食店がないので
後から夕食ブュッフェを追加しました（ホテルに予約）5000円/人
同様な金額の都内某ホテルのビュッフェより品数多く郷土料理もありよかったです
味は人それぞれ好みがありますが、私は8点（10満）というところでしょうか。
朝食も同様でとても満足できました。
お風呂は大きく、サウナ水風呂、脱衣所に無料ドリンク、とても楽しめました。
接客サービスはチェックイン、アウトと食事の時くらいですが
特に不快な事もなく問題ありませんでした。
とても安く泊まれたのでトータル大満足です。

素泊まりで利用しました。受付のスタッフの対応はとてもよかったです。
ツインルームに泊まりましたがとても広いのはよかったのですが、いかんせん建物自体が古いせいかちょっとにおいが気になりました。
露天風呂はとても気持ちよかったです。

大浴場の露天風呂が最高。
居酒屋や、バー、レストランも有り付近に何もなくても充分です。
五色沼へもすぐで駐車場も無料です。
複合施設になっていて、たくさんの名前があり、ホテルを間違えたのかと思いました。
