"Very disappointing stay in this Fourseasons hotel! Does not live up to the fourseasons standard as we stay often at other fourseasons hotel.  Problems: 1. Lack of doormen upon our arrival. There was only one guy at the front who did nothing except ordering our driver to move our luggages! 2. Very slow room service for breakfast delivery. I ordered simple Chinese breakfast daily since I was sick. It took them 45mins to 1 hour for them to delivery it to my room which at other Fourseason it takes 20-30 mins maximum. It also takes long time for them to come pick up the cart. Poor food quality , overcooked noodles and over fried churro ( you tiao)  3. Very crowded and noisy pool area ( both indoor and outdoor), the pools looked very nice in the photo. but in reality it was full with people, lots of noise and kids...My 2 adulte children just gave up going to the pool altogether...  Small outdoor pool for the amount of guests there even though the hotel was only 60-70% full during our stay. 4. Very high price for the Chinese restaurant which was so so compare to other fourseasons in China. Lack of choices for the western food restaurants. for 2 days it is ok, but more than 2 days, it become difficult in terms of menu... 5. I booked a premier lake view room which suppose to have a nice lake view, except the room I was assigned to 2/3 of the view was the roof of other houses....to the best, one can qualify it as very partiel lake view..."

"Very satisfied First of all, the service. I joined the hotel's housekeeper group before I checked in. It's a one-to-one service. If you have any questions, you can talk to the group. The problem is also solved in a timely manner. The housekeeper is also very patient Secondly, the environment. The three-bedroom room is spacious and clean. The bedding is changed for each guest. We came early and happened to meet the aunt changing the four-piece suit. The room facilities are also relatively complete, with a mahjong table, KTV, and a small game console. The refrigerator is very large, you can bring your own food and drinks. The swimming pool is independent and does not need to be shared with other guests. When I came, the water was just being changed. I was very assured about the hygiene The room package includes afternoon tea and breakfast. Various snacks and drinks are also deeply loved by children. You can go out for meals. There are many farmhouses within a few kilometers. You can also order meals to be delivered to the room. The taste is also very good. The store also gave beer and souvenirs when checking out. Because there are some minor problems with the exhaust fan and toilet in the room, the store also expressed some substantial apologies, which is very generous A very perfect vacation trip, I will recommend it to relatives and friends around"

We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"Generally speaking, it is good. The proprietress has put a lot of effort into the design and some daily necessities. However, there are a few details that need to be improved. The breakfast is too simple, a bowl of small wontons ➕ poached eggs ➕ a little fruit and a small glass of milk, the taste is very ordinary, the small wonton skin is too thick and tastes like raw flour sandwiched. The smart toilet in the room is very noisy at night, and it makes a beeping sound when you sit on it. The washbasin is too low...it's uncomfortable to brush your teeth and wash your face. There is a rule that no food is allowed in the room. I think this is a bit difficult. Although it is understandable that most of the room layout and design are white, the store is probably afraid that it will not be easy to take care of. There are not many parking spaces at the door, next to the trash can, the smell is too smelly."

"I am very satisfied with this trip. The young couple runs this homestay. They love cleanliness very much, so the room is very clean. The interior design is very simple and generous, yet avant-garde. The toilets in the bathroom are all equipped with automatic ultraviolet disinfection, which is not necessarily possible in many high-end hotels. The beautiful and petite young lady is enthusiastic and capable. She also took many beautiful photos for us and secretly recorded a short video for us, which is very touching. The handsome young man is very efficient, caring, and has good eyesight. When we came, the elderly had difficulty walking and needed to adjust the room. He helped to move all the luggage down. When we left, he helped to help the elderly go up and down the stairs. In today's society, being able to do these things is very touching. The breakfast is also very rich. Although the journey is less than two days, the whole family is very happy, especially the two 85-year-old elderly people. They can't put down the beautiful photos taken by the young lady. "來西山島玩非常推薦的民宿，房子是房東去年裝修的非常雅緻，屋裡乾淨整潔用的東西都很新，民宿帶個大院子可以坐外面喝茶。老闆人非常好還給我們做早餐吃，順便借了老闆電動車出去玩😁 喜歡自然的可以去縹緲峯或者去徒步，喜歡休閑的可以去湖邊咖啡館坐着等日落，位置很近。"

"Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay. First of all, the environment and layout were very nice. My bestie and I took great photos! It was so pleasant to enjoy the lake breeze, chat, and watch the children playing on the lawn. The dinner tasted great too! The price was very affordable! The boss saw that we were thirsty from singing, so he sent us a big fruit plate. The children played game consoles at night, which was well arranged. (Game consoles, mahjong machines, and KTV are all free 😄, unlike some homestays, where you have to scan a code to put a game console). In the morning, there were only two breakfasts in one room, but we were with two children, and the boss was also considerate to give each person one! Free of charge! This boss is so good! Thumbs up! "We booked two rooms, one with a lake view and one with a mountain view, just like the pictures. Both rooms are very good. I like the decoration style. The bedding is clean and the bedding is new. "Environment: I looked for a long time on Ctrip. This hotel was 580 when I booked it. It was basically OK for a room with lake view. It was not expensive. If you choose a room without lake view, it would be cheaper. I stayed on the top floor. The room was not big, clean, and the TV was a projector. There was a balcony with a good view. It was good for taking photos. There was a place on the second floor where you could take photos. It was also very good. Service: The service was very good. They called me one day in advance and added me to the group to send me the location and surroundings. Their house was a little hard to find, but the housekeeper would come out to pick me up. Check-in was also very fast. You could order coffee when you went in. When we left, they also gave us a souvenir, a box of tea. We will go to Hengshan Island if we have the chance."
