"Very disappointing stay in this Fourseasons hotel! Does not live up to the fourseasons standard as we stay often at other fourseasons hotel.  Problems: 1. Lack of doormen upon our arrival. There was only one guy at the front who did nothing except ordering our driver to move our luggages! 2. Very slow room service for breakfast delivery. I ordered simple Chinese breakfast daily since I was sick. It took them 45mins to 1 hour for them to delivery it to my room which at other Fourseason it takes 20-30 mins maximum. It also takes long time for them to come pick up the cart. Poor food quality , overcooked noodles and over fried churro ( you tiao)  3. Very crowded and noisy pool area ( both indoor and outdoor), the pools looked very nice in the photo. but in reality it was full with people, lots of noise and kids...My 2 adulte children just gave up going to the pool altogether...  Small outdoor pool for the amount of guests there even though the hotel was only 60-70% full during our stay. 4. Very high price for the Chinese restaurant which was so so compare to other fourseasons in China. Lack of choices for the western food restaurants. for 2 days it is ok, but more than 2 days, it become difficult in terms of menu... 5. I booked a premier lake view room which suppose to have a nice lake view, except the room I was assigned to 2/3 of the view was the roof of other houses....to the best, one can qualify it as very partiel lake view..."

"Very satisfied First of all, the service. I joined the hotel's housekeeper group before I checked in. It's a one-to-one service. If you have any questions, you can talk to the group. The problem is also solved in a timely manner. The housekeeper is also very patient Secondly, the environment. The three-bedroom room is spacious and clean. The bedding is changed for each guest. We came early and happened to meet the aunt changing the four-piece suit. The room facilities are also relatively complete, with a mahjong table, KTV, and a small game console. The refrigerator is very large, you can bring your own food and drinks. The swimming pool is independent and does not need to be shared with other guests. "This hotel is located in a scenic area with a great view of the lake. The sunrise greets you in the morning and the drivers take you to where you want to go. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of eastern and western dishes. My friend and i really enjoyed being surrounded by fall foliage. It's great for taking photos. The rooms were nice as well, a japanese style dining area, an adequately sized bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with conjoined tub and shower. Everything was great. Looking forward to my second trip there."

Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"The homestay is in a village. It is the owner's house base. It is because it is his own home. The sanitation is very clean. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They help us make the bed. In the morning, they will eat for us. ～ If you come later, you will come to live in ～."

"Generally speaking, it is good. The proprietress has put a lot of effort into the design and some daily necessities. However, there are a few details that need to be improved. The breakfast is too simple, a bowl of small wontons ➕ poached eggs ➕ a little fruit and a small glass of milk, the taste is very ordinary, the small wonton skin is too thick and tastes like raw flour sandwiched. The smart toilet in the room is very noisy at night, and it makes a beeping sound when you sit on it. The washbasin is too low...it's uncomfortable to brush your teeth and wash your face. There is a rule that no food is allowed in the room. I think this is a bit difficult. Although it is understandable that most of the room layout and design are white, the store is probably afraid that it will not be easy to take care of. There are not many parking spaces at the door, next to the trash can, the smell is too smelly."

"A resort with a super nice environment, a popular check-in spot, the hotel has its own Taihu Lake landscape area, and the hotel specially arranged a viewing tent, lounge chairs and lazy sofas, which are very considerate. We stayed in the Loft on the second floor of the resort. It is a two-story room type, suitable for large families. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows and faces Taihu Lake directly. The resort arranged afternoon tea fruit and bread for guests staying in the hotel during the holidays, which was very unexpected. There is a cafe in the resort, which is suitable for everyone to drink coffee and afternoon tea, and you can also have tea around the stove. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, the dishes are very rich, and considering that there are many guests on the holiday, the dishes can be supplemented in time. The sky is not good this holiday, it drizzles, and you can't play outdoors all the time. I want to treat it for a few days next time. PS. "帶着孩子來休整一天，確實很愉快的休息了一天，孩子想要游泳和唱K，老闆娘馬上清洗泳池放水，老闆娘講話輕輕柔柔的，很喜歡和老闆娘聊天。晚上還借給我們電頻車去逛太湖了。老闆娘很能幹，花花草草都打理的很好，房子應該是去年新造的，優雅又乾淨，隔音特別好，一覺睡到8點。早餐也是豐盛的，會記得我們説的，老奶奶也很熱情，自家摘的板栗挑了最嫩的讓我們品嚐。走之前老闆娘還給了伴手禮，總之是非常舒服的入住，下次有機會帶家人一起再來住。"
