"Hotel Bolton Jeju has a fantastic location, right opposite the Shilla Duty Free. The room was clean and tidy with brand-new facilities, and the front desk offers Chinese-speaking service. The rooftop pool has a great vibe, and with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, getting around and shopping was effortless. A wonderful stay overall."

"The hotel is about a 40-minute drive from the airport and is right next to an eco-park. The hotel's lake view and outdoor pool are beautiful. The staff are very responsive and communication in English was smooth enough. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and dinner, à la carte lunch, and there's also a place for light meals."

"It was great. I highly recommend it if you're staying in Aewol. You can easily explore Aewol by car, and there are many beaches and black pork restaurants just a short drive away! The rooftop pool was spacious and very comfortable. It's a shame the breakfast buffet is gone, but I was satisfied with everything else. The rooms were also spacious, making it perfect for a stay with a child."

"The pool is quite deep! It was so warm, I didn't want to get out, haha. The bed is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and nice. Plenty of towels are provided. However, for a room designed for 4 people, there were only 2 pairs of slippers and no separate bathroom slippers. Since cooking isn't allowed, if you order delivery or bring your own food, you don't have to worry about trash disposal; you just need to gather leftover food waste or other trash neatly by the door! Microwaves, dishes, and water cups are available for free rental/use."
