"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle every half hour, and the bus is spacious and comfortable. Our room had a great view and was very roomy. Lotte Duty-Free is within walking distance, there's a supermarket on the fourth floor, and a scenic infinity pool on the eighth. Be careful not to get lost, as there are two buildings with different floor levels. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM; you can't even get in 10 minutes earlier.
Service was just so-so. There's nowhere to sit in the lobby if you're waiting for someone, and people in the lounge were hogging four or five seats each. The staff didn't seem to care or try to manage it; they just threw their hands up and acted clueless."
