"The hotel is truly wonderful. It's both luxurious and the rooms were very clean, with very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved it. The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful. We had two rooms arranged as a family suite, which were prepared especially for us. We didn’t experience any issues and were very satisfied with our stay."

"The hotel has a fantastic location right on the strait. We were upgraded to a sea-view suite, which was reasonably spacious and had a great view, but the bathroom was small and didn't have a bathtub. The hotel concierge service was especially excellent. Knowing our luggage had been lost by the airline, they gave us a toiletries kit with a set of pajamas, underwear, and toiletries – very thoughtful. The breakfast was decent and quite plentiful, but not to our taste, which was a slight disappointment. We had dinner at the nearby Serra Palace, where the service was excellent."
