Location was great, in the middle of town, walking distance to gerbang malam & ipoh parade. Service & facilities was good. But it was noise around the morning, due to construction beside (shell pump station).

Absolutely terrible. Filthy. They only provided two bottles of water per day, and refused to give more. The cleaning staff just piled all the sheets and towels on the floor. The mattress was disgusting; I had to sleep in my clothes because I was scared to let my skin touch it. It's rare to find such poor quality even in China.

Good location within walking distance for Ipoh popular eateries. Just parking lots not enough especially when other occupant’s inconsiderate in parking their car. Otherwise it’s a decent budget hotel.

Strategic location. We come for food, restaurants surrounded in just walking distance with few minutes no matter day or night time. Cleaniness are acceptable. Sound proof: hmmm.... Acceptable coz hotel facing the main road. Staffs in the hotel are friendly and nice. Worth with the price that we payed.

First time staying this Ipoh downtown hotel with family. Front office always smile and polite with me when I check in. Location good with attraction place and food. All famous dim sum is behind the hotel and just walk about 5 minute only.
