The pool was closed for 3 days of my vacation as well as being charged 199 dollars for 12 dollars of items. There was also a parking issue having to park on second floor that had no elevator access and I’m handicapped. Overall for the price I was unhappy with the stuff that went wrong. I will not stay there again!

This is our third time here—enjoying the up to date amenities and free breakfast. Still not thrilled with the extra $25 charge for parking. Also, every time I want to look at my email it obliges me to log in as a guest—again and again and again. Same day too! I don’t get that! Otherwise, all good!

I loved that the hotel is near to all the tourist attractions walking!!!! We parked there in there and don’t worry about the car

This hotel is very clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient to restaurants and museums. Every hotel staff member,from the front desk staff to the parking attendant, that we interacted with were super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were very happy with our overnight at Hampton Inn. A swimming pool is important to us and theirs is lovely. The other attraction for us is the nice buffet breakfast! The only improvement I'd suggest is for them to provide terry cloth robes, as does one of their competitors in Salem, and I wish they didn't charge $25 for overnight parking. Their competitor doesn't charge for parking. Still, we are repeat customers at Hampton because of the breakfast!
