The stay was nice but the staff could be more helpful.

No wifi, the breakfast is not great and the reception staff are not smiling

The room was okay and the breakfast was rich.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. No good service at all. Impolite staff and terrible management. They don remove our suitcases from the carousel for us, the laundry Service was terrible and really expensive with the same price u can find some better places .

First of all, the breakfast was awful and the way they serve the food was terrible. No good coffee to be found. Second of all walls were thin like a paper so too much noise even the staff talked so loudly in the hallway. Rude personnel and terrible management. No good service at all.

that is next to the street so has terrible vehicle noise, I couldnt sleep during the night service desk and they dont pay attention to my problem I could not sleep during the night and the next day I was very tired from insomnia I do nt recommend this hotel at all

I had an excellent residence in the hotel. The room was bigger than usual 4 star hotels. The staff and reception were very welcoming and had friendly attitude. Great location and close to most places. There’s a beautiful cozy park across the street you could enjoy. Breakfast was perfect and lots of choices.

Our two-week stay at Aseman Hotel was marked by unexpected challenges, leading to deep disappointment. 1- The first shock occurred when renovations above our room started without prior notice, disrupting our plans and requiring a move to another floor. Their lack of transparency continued as they charged us for a full fridge (minibar), although it remained unfilled due to their rush to send us to the new room. 2- The second surprise came during check-out, with an outrageous charge for laundry services, almost twice the price in Canada. They did not provide the prices ahead of their work and mentioned they would be available at the end of our work. 3- Additional surprises unfolded during check-out, including an undisclosed price for the fridge. Be cautious, as they may present a list with certain prices, and you expect them to charge you with some amount but they might charge you differently with additional costs, as was my experience. 4- Further disappointments occurred in their restaurants, with intrusive stares and disturbances during meals. Despite commendable breakfast quality, the overall atmosphere was far from peaceful. 5- Elevator issues added to our woes, with extended wait times due to their repurposing for staff or renovation workers. Interestingly, they charged us more for unprovided services instead of compensating or apologizing. Travelers from America or Europe should be cautious about comparing Aseman Hotel to one or two-star hotels. Our experience was marred by constant concerns about the hotel's treatment and overall gross behaviour. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this hotel. Better options are undoubtedly available elsewhere, offering a more pleasant stay at half the cost. While some aspects, like cleanliness and breakfast quality, were commendable, most of the staff displayed rude behaviour, further diminishing our overall experience.

it is one of the 4* hotels in Esfehan that you reach to your expectation. really friendly staff that try to do your request. check in and check out is good and acceptable. the most important part is breakfast. the breakfast of this hotel is the best one in Esfehan city even better than 5* hotels. the location is good also. I strongly suggest you to accommodate in this hotel. I myself always choose this hotel.

Excellent central location. Very friendly, responsive and welcoming staff. Comfortable neat and clean rooms of five star standards at affordable price. Every amenity is available. Hygienically top rated. Breakfast virtually includes everything. Inspite of language barrier a number of staff can easily communicate in English.

Beautiful Hotel located close to Main Square. Friendly staff, Clean room and very welcoming.Daily breakfast mixed with local and western choices.Wifi available, make sure you have Secure VPN. Overall good Hotel. Money exchange on reception is A plus. Will definitely stay again.

Modern hotel with good rooms and comfortable beds. We couldn’t get our room to cool down which was the only thing stopping a top rating. Good breakfast with excellent service including in English. WiFi drops out and needs code refreshing if you leave the hotel. On-site parking. Revolving restaurant was static in our visit.

Good hotel near the river. Breakfast is over average but not so delicious. Staff are polite. Parking is not good and have no elevator to lobby and room floors. Best point is restaurant specially rooftop.

I visited this hotel during the Nowruz holiday and this hotel was a great experience for me, the hotel staff had the best treatment from the parking staff to the restaurant staff. I will come to this hotel again as a tourist.
