Amenities and services are wonderful, but food is not.

Beautiful resort!! We had a wonderful suite. Very clean, great bed, large furnished balcony. Smallish beach but groomed often. Lots of kid friendly pools and adult ones too. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were generous. Make sure you make your reservations for the restaurants before you leave for your trip as we couldn’t get any or change them while we were there. The staff were friendly and gracious. The location is not in the hotel district so clubbing, restaurants, shopping and entertainment are not walking distance. No nighttime entertainment I was aware of. We took a snorkeling trip and an all day trip to Tulum and Coba we really enjoyed. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Do not use them to get your transportion to and from the airport. Horrible and nobody cared. Lots of guests complained about same thing. Best food we’ve ever had at any resort we’ve stayed.

Luis in the check in is amazing if i come back it will be for his service . We were disappointed not much kids activity no pool foam party or anything its more resort for old people than kids

We absolutely loved this resort! Everything about it was fantastic. The price was right, the pools and beach were beautiful, staff was amazing, the food was incredible! It was family friendly without feeling chaotic or crowded. We truly loved everything about it and will definitely be back!

I reserved from ******* 7 nights in that hotel for two people. My friend was sick and not available to fly to Cancun due her illness. I stay one night and due sea**** allergies did earliest check-out . Sea**** was in the ocean and smell so bad . Hotel not agree to return my money back for 6 unused nights and for 7 unused nights for my friend! When ******* agent call to front desk,hotel worker give him wrong information about my stay in hotel . I lose 2641-44 dollars !
