-＞Area and Surroundings: The hotel is at a walking distance from “Mall of Istanbul” for about 8 minutes. We arrive to the hotel by 1:00 AM and it was difficult for our taxi driver to find the hotel. The approach to reach is very desolated. -＞Room: I was in a standard room. The room was decent size and the bed was comfortable. The room had all standard amenities like Hair dryer, safety box, a hot water kettle, a small refrigerator, Ironing board etc. What I found missing was USB charging points, which is pretty much a standard now for all the hotels. The room had a table and a chair for working on your computer / working otherwise. -＞Bathroom and Bathing experience: The bathroom was decent in size. It had a congested WC next to a wash basin. It did had a bathtub in the bathroom doubling as a shower area as well. The water pressure was good enough in the shower. -＞Hotel Staff: Extremely polite, welcoming, interactive and warm. -＞Breakfast: The breakfast was well managed. The options were not as many as other good hotels but still a decent spread. We being vegetarians anyways are having very limited options to eat. -＞Swimming Pool / Gym / Spa: I was not able to access the pool or gym. -＞Lounge access: I did not have the lounge access. -＞Special mention: Wifi is free, and the speed is good.

The hotel is very clean and service is excellent. The room we were given was spacious and truly non-smoking room. It was cleaned every day by pleasant staff. Overall all l, our stay was excellent at Tryp by Wyndham, Basin Ekspres.

Perfect stay in central of istanbul. Walking distance to Taksim and Galata Tower. Sishane metro and Tophane tram station are also nearby. Room was clean. The only thing we need maybe an electric kettle inside the room to make tea and coffee. And also more variety in the breakfast

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I drove in Turkey for half a month and stayed in more than 10 hotels. I must come to praise this hotel. 1. First of all, the location is excellent. Take the airport bus No. 16 to Taksim Square and walk to the hotel. Next to it is the five-star Ramada, which is very convenient for eating and shopping; 2. The hotel is relatively clean. The most troublesome thing in Turkey is the hygiene standard. The five-star hotel is also unsatisfactory. I hope the boss will continue to work hard on the hygiene standard; 3. We booked the 18-square-meter room, which is spacious enough, the bathroom is also sufficient, and the details are fully considered; 4. In addition to the facilities, the attitude and ability of the boss to solve problems reflect whether a hotel is good or not. There was a little episode on the first day of check-in, and the boss solved it perfectly. I give the boss a thumbs up; 5. When I come to Turkey again, this is the only hotel I want to stay in. Hotel in Taxim Square, in a location that serves the movements in the city center and you find many shops and restaurants, rooms with no view and with a lot of noise from the street. The breakfast is poor, only the view from the morning room is worth it.

I have been here at the hostel for a week. The service is very nice and they help where they can. I had a room change without problems and these are clean and relatively quietly located to a side street. The bakery faces one in the morning with the smell of fresh bread ;) However, no loud supply. Breakfast is nice, marmelade, honey, some vegetables and tea, water or coffee. It is worth mentioning that the staff members clean every day. Only in the bathroom is a hook to hang up and protect his stuff and cultural bags from wet :D

Amazing location, close to Kadıköy pier. From Kadiköy you can easily reach European side or islands by ferry. Hotel is new, very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Really huge room. Highly recommend this place to stay.
