What a fantastic hotel in a great location . Near the blue mosque and grand bazaar both within walking distance . Bed was comfortable and room a decent size . Staff were very helpful and a quick response when something needed . Lots of places to eat nearby around the surrounding streets & a good breakfast provided by the hotel with good selection of cold and hot options .

Overall, the experience was fine. I booked a standard room, which resembles a typical 3-star hotel room, though I believe they offer premium rooms as well. The efficiency of the reception staff varied; some were not up to the mark. For instance, when I asked one receptionist about taking a bus to Istanbul Airport, he responded with, “I have no idea.” It’s surprising that a receptionist wouldn’t know about airport transportation. Very bad reception staff and they do not respect the traveler, neither at reception nor at departure, when they call you in the room for departure time , they speak in the form of an order, and most importantly when the call ends, they hang up without a word.

Overall a lovely stay. A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise. Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

This has been the best holiday I have had in years! The staff have been fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The food has been outstanding!! Amazing place to stay. Room was spacious and clean, had a great view and nothing missing in the room. Pool is free to use with floating foams around, there is also a hot jacuzzi. You only need to bring or buy a swimming cap before. Open buffet food was great with a lot of options. The staff is very friendly. There is a metro nearby which you can use to travel to central Istanbul.

Great reception staff! We were welcomed with freshly made juice and brought little treats throughout our stay. Any time we asked for assistance or more water there was no issues. Great location near major walking street. Twelve minute walk to Galata Tower. The facilities were wonderful. Delightful breakfast with a variety of salads, meats, cheeses, and local dishes. We would definitely come back to stay in the future!
