Overall, the experience was fine. I booked a standard room, which resembles a typical 3-star hotel room, though I believe they offer premium rooms as well. The efficiency of the reception staff varied; some were not up to the mark. For instance, when I asked one receptionist about taking a bus to Istanbul Airport, he responded with, “I have no idea.” It’s surprising that a receptionist wouldn’t know about airport transportation. However, another receptionist this morning was excellent and helped resolve my query effortlessly.(Check out time 13:00, 18.11.2024
My first time at the hotel.
The location is very comfortable as you can reach anywhere easily.
The staff are all so helpfull and calm, and they refuse nothing you ask for.
The hotel has a swimming pool which is free of charge, as it has a spa and suana.
The breakfast is good also
Rooms are comfy
I will come again
I was very disappointed in the system and the staff of this hotel. I booked a room for 3 days with breakfast included, and the payment was not small. 2 days at the reception desk and at the entrance for breakfast they told us that we did not have breakfast included and when I began to be indignant and show the reservation in which it was clearly written that breakfast was included for the whole 3 days, without listening to me, they said okay, okay, go ahead and all this was in the presence of my mother and my child. It seemed to me that this situation was not only with me because every time they shut my mouth, not allowing me to finish with the words okay, go ahead .
on the third day they already decided that we included breakfast, but the unpleasant aftertaste from the staff’s negligence and manner of shutting you up without listening to you was not a pleasant one...

Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic Staff, Fantastic Location, Fantastic Yummy Breakfast, Near to Grand Bazar & lot of other shopping.
Staying in this hotel is a pleasure itself. Recommended for every 1 🤪😜😃😀😍
We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and functional.
Thanks to Mohamed and Rita for the warm welcome! They were very available and pleasant towards us
It was close to the Grand Bazaar, very tasty food in the restaurant downstairs, the swimming pool was unfortunately a bit small, very tasty breakfast buffet and enough choice, the staff was also very nice and friendly. I really liked it and can only recommend it
Good Hotel Location. Near to Aksaray Tram and other facilities. Good Breakfast. Rooms small until they change my room by Manager Joshua.
Other Hotel staff Rode and unprofessional except Morning Breakfast Staff Very Good.
The location is very good. From the subway, Havaista and tram T1 5-7 min. Minus, if the room is on the street, the traders and guards from the restaurant and shop on the street do not give a word - at least 2 hours of the night. The air conditioner did not work, said on the respirator, fixed. It had to include heating, because it was cool. Breakfasts were excellent, up to 10.30. Tea, cups, glasses are. Tea, coffee, water are updated every day. Towel too.
The location is by far the best. Next to market, opposite to tram station. 5 mins walking from old bazaar. Market, restaurants everything. Frankly speaking i was not impressed with the rooms that looked way better on the internet than the actual ones. Decent breakfast and you might need to pay if you want an Omelette or your choice of egg {15Lira only}
GGuest UserPerfect stay in Istanbul, clean and spacious room. All staff very helpful and friendly. Room rate is really good too. What would you ask more? :-) recommended to anyone 😉
袁袁The location is very good. It is in the center of the old city. It is not far from the subway and the light rail. The service staff is very good. The enthusiasm is that the room is very small and the sound insulation is poor. But this price is also acceptable.
GGuest UserIt is within walking distance from the airport bus stop and close to the tram Axalai station. You can also go to the blue mosque after a walk. The location is very good. This means you need to be prepared for some noise.
Not a barrier free hotel. First of all, the entrance to the front desk is the stairs. In addition, my room was on the second floor but it was a floor without elevator. So it was a long time to carry a suitcase. There is an elevator on the second floor depending on the location. It is made a little different. The hot water was good. There was no water clog in the shower room.
Breakfast was satisfactory for me. Common style in Turkish hotels, buffet, tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt, boiled *, cheese, ham, etc. I stayed for a long time but it is the same menu.
Cleaning was done every day, but linens such as sheets were not replaced. Towels are subtle. It is not so squeezed, so it is not like it is not.
Stuart was not so friendly, but only the youngest young man felt very good.
Check-in, check-out, luggage storage, etc. were smooth.
